I bought these shoes for my son's 10th birthday on April 3rd of this year. He had been begging for them, and was thrilled when he opened the box!! He absolutely loves them and says they are incredibly comfortable. The problem is, one of the shoes already has two holes that came right through the mesh upper. The other shoe is pristine and perfect, but one has two holes. Three weeks of use, and they have holes. That is not right! I have tried to find a place where I can communicate about getting an exchange, but may have to console myself with this review. For $75, I would expect more. A lot more.

If your boys are active, do not purchase these sneakers as the mesh material came apart from the solid fabric in less than 2 weeks...totally going back to a traditional athletic sneaker for summer.
