This will be my second set of Feetgeek, FootDisc insoles. I loved the first set so much I am now buying another set for my hiking boots. I have a low volume (thin in height) foot and find the insoles stabilize my foot inside my running shoe without constricting my foot. I assume my lightweight hiking boots will also similarly benefit from these insoles.

I ordered the Low Arch in size 8.5-10 Men for my son, and he was sent the Medium Arch. They need to correct the description for the Medium Arch. Don't bother to order it unless they correct the problem, or you will also get the wrong product. It's been a pain to get the right size. I don't trust this seller anymore, even though I have ordered from them on Amazon before. Amazon's customer service is slipping, also.

These are perfect! Perfect for those with a low arch. I use them in my running shoes. I have tried other insoles and always found the arch support to be too much..But not with these. This is my second pair!
