These shoes are outstanding blending comfort lightweight breathable and did I mention comfort. I'm ordering another pair as we speak. I supplinate and have a decent arch and these shoes feel like they were custom made for my feet. I highly recommend them.

Last shoe purchased was asics. Son has a high arch and is rough on shoes, but was looking for good all-terrain shoe with good support. This is the shoe! Much lighter weight than he expected. I loved the price for the quality!

I bought a pair of these at a Rack Room Shoes while training for my first trail marathon (the Ruffner Crusher Ridge 42k). These got me through training and through the marathon itself. My training was over dirt roads, gravel paths, some single track, the grass on the side of the road, and more than a few miles directly on asphalt. The marathon itself was mostly technical single track with lots of roots, loose dirt and rocks. These shoes performed well on all surfaces. I was comfortable the whole time. I've bought more expensive shoes. Pricey stability shoes give me plantar fascia issues. I don't mind minimalist shoes on short runs, but find them uncomfortable for runs over 5 miles or so. I think these shoes are very well suited for runners like me who want a neutral shoe with moderate arch support. I just bought another pair of Cohesions built for the road to get ready for the Mercedes Marathon in February. I hope that pair does just as well on the road as these trail runners did at the Ruffner Crusher Ridge. I may have just found my perfect shoe...

Since the first time I used Saucony's shoes I did know that those would be the brand for my future purchases. The best of Saucony is it's ergonomic design and its lightweight materials; once you wear those shoes you almost forget that you have them on. This is simple amazing, the second best factor is the price, I find Saucony's shoes less expensive that other high quality brands, so for me is perfectly clear what is the right choice. I will definitely buy Saucony again when I'll need them. I only wish Saucony could make casual shoes in materials like leather, (natural or syntethic) or other kind of material of a single type just for fashion or aesthetics appeals.
