The shoe was bought for my son to wear to school for Physical Education. The shoe is nice but for some strange reason the rubber part at the front has started peeling and the material around that area is cracking up. I am a little dissapointed as he has not work the shoe fives times. For a sneakers that price for a 5 year old I do expect to get value for money expecially since the air force one he wore for the entire year last year is still in good condition except that they dont fit him anymore. My husband and I really liked that sneakers and went to almost every mall and every sports store in Ft Lauderdale and Tampa in search of the size and colour that we needed. Now to be faced with this problem after such a short time is very disheartening. I do hope that it will hold up for him to wear for a longer period.az very nice product that my son had to have and i recommend these shoes for any parent that like Nikes and a good look for kids.

Salomon Men's X Ultra GTX Hiking Shoe Reviews
I am a long time buyer/user of the Salomon line of shoes. The X Ultra GTX is waterproof, light weight, supportive, and has a great fit. The room and protection in the toebox are what first drew me too there trail running shoes.
I live in the Pacific Northwest, and I like being able to go on a hike, and then proceed with my day around town. All without concerns about the weather, or the weight of my footwear. These suit that purpose for me perfectly.
The speed lacing system, is durable (kevlar lacing), and provides a fast, comfortable, custom fit. Which allows for making performance adjustments when going from walking, to climbing, to bouldering during a hike. I have owned different versions of these shoes and never worry about chaffing, blisters or sore feet. The have excellent grip on the trail and they always keep my feet dry.
Although I mention good grip on trail, watch out for manhole covers or metal grates in city streets during rain or snow. They seem extra slippery in those situations.
Well, they get my recommendation.
To me they are far nicer than Marrell Moabs which I was on my 2nd or third pair.

These are super comfortable for me. The laces are really nice and allow for quick changes. Seem well built. I have went on a few day hikes and have no complaints. I have been buying Salomon trail running shoes and hiking boots for over 10 years. I just ordered these and recieved them. I am currently wearing a size 9 in their Trail Running shoe and hiking boots. I ordered a size 9 for these. Too big! Even fully tightened my heel slips out. I am normally pretty hard on shoes. They either don't last long enough or can't stand up to the terrain I walk through. I like this shoe because it is very comfortable to walk in wherever I may be. The shoe breathes very well and keeps my feet cool or warm depending on the climate. The gore-tex is very nice especially walking through little puddles or wet terrain. I never have to worry about my feel getting uncomfortable from being soaked. They hold up to whatever I put them through and keep going strong. One of the best pairs I've ever owned.

Simply stated, I need a all white shoe/sneaker for my uniform, and deck shoes simply were hurting my feet with all the running about I have to do. So I went searching for an all white pair of runners and found these beauties! At first wear, I didn't know if I was going to like them, as they were tight and constrictive and very narrow towards the front. They do require a wear in period (about 3 days of solid wear), and the leather softens up to your foot and from that point on they are super comfortable. The addage is true for these soccer cleats, you get what you pay for. That being said, I have been very happy with my choice in purchasing these cleats. I had to buy these in a Wide for my toddler. Even then, because the shoes are made of the thin mesh material, it is VERY difficult to get them on his bare feet, much less wearing socks. These are my favorite running shoes. Better stability and arch support than most running shoes. Nice snug fit. Not the lightest shoe, but good for the amount of stability. Length is maybe a quarter-size smaller than other popular brands, but my normal size fits well.

First of all I would just like to say that SKORA makes the best running shoes ever! They are a very durable, long lasting, and comfortable zero drop running shoe. This model is exactly the same as the phase, except for one difference, they light up very brightly when light hits them in the dark. They look awesome during the day and also during the night! These shoes are especially great for runners worried about being seen during night runs. With these you can forget about that worry because you will definitely be seen while running at night. In addition to running, these shoes are a great every day use shoe. I wear them every day I go to school and they feel great! I HIGHLY recommend the SKORA brand and this model!

Comfort: They fit well. The upper is really breathable, without being like a window screen. The lower feels way more solid and forgiving than it should for how small and light it is.
Cons
PotentiallyDurability: They feel really frail. I especially expect the little black treads to start separating pretty soon here. That's part of the trade-off for getting an ultra-light shoe, though.
Bottom Line
These are a great, comfortable racing flat. If you are looking for a ridiculously light shoe to run in, this is a solid choice. I have only put a few miles on them, but they have held up fine to that. After a respectable amount of miles are added I'll update and give some more feedback on durability especially.

Oh my gosh, these are by far the best road racing shoes I've ever worn. At first I was nervous about buying them because of their weight and lack of cushioning; however, if you're not a particularly sensitive and are thoroughly used to neutral running shoes with a low heel to toe drop you should be fine. They are amazing 5k racers, I've never tried them in a 10k. For me, after wearing these in a race my legs are thoroughly shore from the lack of cushioning, but it does not me while I'm running. 10k may be pushing it, But under no circumstances would I run a half in these. You're better off finding a shoe with more cushioning. Even though NB did a great job engineering the shoe, it's traction is still lacking, but is you stay on pavement you should be fine. An important thing to remember when buying these shoes is that because of their weight and build they will wear out very quickly. You may only get a little more than a hundred miles out of these, so use them sparingly. These shoes are outstanding. I could not believe how light they were when I received them. It's like having a piece of paper wrapped around your feet, that's how light they are. Unfortunately, I ended up returning them because I wanted something for gym, not for running. These are more like outdoorand mountain-like shoes because they give suppport and are lightweight, but my issue was that I need to wear socks with them, and because I have thick socks, the shoes were kind of tight on me. In other words, you probably cannot wear socks with these shoes unless they are very thin. Reviews of Tsukihoshi CHILD24 Flash Sneaker (Toddler/Little Kid)
This is our second pair of Tsukihoshi shoes for our son. He has large feet, including wide and thick. When he was a year old, he did well with Stride Rite. We've tried a few different brands that offer larger widths, but here's why we are sticking with Tsukihoshi for now.
1) The way the side of the shoe adjusts as you clasp the velcro acts like a custom fit around the middle of the foot, like a ski boot. We tried some cool looking, extra wide Puma's between his first and second pair of Tsukihoshi's. After his first day in the Puma's, he wasn't near as active and there were marks on the tops of his feet where they were too tight. Thankfully, Nordstom's was really cool about returning them and we bought his second pair of Tsukihoshi's. Our son was back to jumping and running around like his normal self the very next day.
2) The shoes have support and cushion in line with the advice given to me by my orthopedic surgeon. I was really impressed that a toddler shoe met those criteria. For example, support: turning the shoe perpendicular to the ground and push on the heel; the shoe should flex about a third of the way from the front, but not bend easily in the middle.
3) The width accommodates wide feet.
4) We've been very happy with the quality. They seemed to be of good quality in the store and have held up great ever since. He'd still be wearing the first pair of Tsukihoshi's had he not outgrown them. He's had the current ones for five months without any problems.
5) They are very easy to put on, even our 2 year old puts them on by himself without any problem. Markedly different from our experience with other shoes where you have to cram until ther's a slip and then tie or velcro. Again, the clasping mechanism is very slick. And, they fit snug and secure.
I'm glad Amazon is now offering these shoes. I'll be putting in an order for the next size up soon.

This is my daughter's 4th or 5th pair of Tsukihoshi's (I'm afraid I lost track!) and I am just as happy with these as I have been with every other pair. They are comfortable for my kids, they fit well and they LAST. We are yet to wear out a pair even though my kids are hard on their shoes. They wash amazingly well (just throw them in the washer...and I have dried them in a pinch even though the instructions say not to) and don't wear out. These are fabulous and since Amazon was offering free return shipping I wasn't concerned about trying to make sure I ordered the right size.
