I was given a pair of these shoes by the company to try out, but have no financial interest. As someone who appreciates and prefers light weight, free form running shoes, I have to say these are the best I've ever had. Very comfortable and performant. Helps strengthen supporting muscles and reduces jarring impact on knees. Definitely worth the money.

Brooks Women's Launch Running Shoe Review

I tried these new Launch shoes and am very impressed with the support and cushioning. I usually run/train in Brooks Adrenaline ASRs (trail shoe) for the heel stricking support and mid sole support. These Launch are every bit as good (have approx 50 miles on them so far) and they are lighter. I'm hoping to use them to both train for my next marathon and wear in 5 and 10 K races. I'm hoping the lighter shoe will save me time. Always looking for extra seconds, ya know! Update I now have 200+ miles in them and they are my new favorite! Did a PR on a recent 5K and so far have run 15+ miles training runs with good support.

I just found a pair of these on Woot for what I thought was a great deal. They just arrived and I tried them on wondering if Teva measured anyone's foot to determine the proper width. I have a pretty wide foot but am usually not picky about shoes so I never take shoes back but am thinking about changing that with these. They are basically so tight across the widest part of my foot it is cutting off the circulation. I definitely say try on a pair before you buy. Besides the super skinny width they seem like they would be fine buy beware if your foot is not narrow.

Got these last week and have worn them a lot over the past several days including twice on trails. I have no complaints about the width and I need extra width due to my genetics (bunion on right foot). I am very fussy with my shoes and if they do not feel right when I first put them on, then it is a no-go. The shoes are very comfortable and I actually like the little out-riggers at the arch. My son is calling them my training wheels but they give the shoe a very solid, stable feel. I twisted an ankle 3 weeks ago at the North Country Trail Run 1/2 marathon and wonder if that would have been minimized with this shoe. I think just maybe yes and plan on wearing this style shoe at next year's run. All in all I am very pleased with the fit, width, comfort, and stability of the shoe and I will be buying another pair at a later date.Best Deals on Teva Men's Tevasphere Speed Cross-Training Shoe
These shoes were not just small for a size 14 but very, very narrow for a man's shoe. Returned them & will not be getting another pair. The sandals are wider & fit great hence the reason for the athletic shoe purchase. If these came in wide Teva would have another sale however they didn't fit.Honest reviews on Teva Men's Tevasphere Speed Cross-Training Shoe
I got this shoe just to try it out for trail running in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah. I usually run in New Balance, but wanted to give this shoe a try. It works perfectly well. The outriggers at mid sole can make the shoe tilt on uneven surfaces, but this hasn't been a problem so far. I don't see an advantage over my NBs, however.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Teva Men's Tevasphere Speed Cross-Training Shoe

These are by far the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. They provide superior stability, the mesh upper keeps my feet cool, and the gel absorbs shock like no other running shoe. The fit is perfect even though I have a bit of a wide foot. Oh, and I never even realized how heavy my old Adidas were until I started wearing these, which are so light on my feet. I LOVE THESE SHOES!!! I'll be buying only Asics from now on.Best Deals on ASICS Women's GEL-Fluent 2 Running Shoe
First time buying this brand and quite pleased with purchase. The fit was right size (ie did not have to buy 1/2 or 1 size bigger than my normal shoe size). With socks the fit was just right. The sneakers are very light and provide good support for both heel and forefoot, the latter being important for me given I have a toe nerve problem...and they look good. Pleased with purchase. Did not give 5 star as I have not done a full week working out in them yet so want to reserve full rating until such time.Honest reviews on ASICS Women's GEL-Fluent 2 Running Shoe
I have had this pair of shoes a year from buying this one pair. Maybe it is because I run more now, but I am not digging it anymore. Don't get me wrong it is a good pair of light running shoes. But for more avid runners, you should spend a little more and get a better one, I know I will next time.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for ASICS Women's GEL-Fluent 2 Running Shoe
These shoes felt TERRIBLE!! I tried to wear them around my office a little bit, but after 45 minutes, they went right back in the box that they were shipped and were set back. They felt like $30 cheap shoes. I could feel the edge of a fairly flat rug under the ball of my foot while just standing still. And the hell was so square that you had not choice but to large exactly square, if it that's an unnatural way to step. The cushionis was horrible, if not non-existant. The stability was overpowering. And the back of the heel hit in the wrong spot. I would not call these "GEL" anything!! I am very disappointed in Asics. I was under the impression that they manufactured quality products. Way over priced for "cheapies".Cheap New Balance Women's W860SB2 Running Shoe

love this shoe I wear it for running and its fab. I use a insert orthodic and recommend this shoe but only after you have had a professional assess your foot as it may not be great for everyone but is a great shoe for me!
In this one, there is enough room for my toes to spread out. I have a very narrow foot so I'm glad 2A is offered. The only downside was the insole that came with the shoe. They are cheap and flimsy and serve no purpose. After I replace it with something else, I liked the comfort and arch support better. Without it, it had no support or cushion, but the basic feel of the shoe was okay. Highly recommend buying replacement insoles for all the NB shoes.

I bought these to use for running. I run approximately 3 to 5 miles a day and these are really comfortable. I got lucky and found them on sale for 55% off at another website. i bought these for my 10 year old. He is active but not overly active or crazy with shoes. I bought them in February so in Minnesota, we had snow through May. He alternated snowboots and these shoes. The right shoe got a huge hole on the side by the end of May. I just bought him another pair (although not through AMAZON because i bought them in February for 31 dollars and now on AMAZON they are up to 54.99 or so, and I will not spend that much on shoes for my son if they are only going to last 3 months. I bought the SAME exact pair, same size (his feet did not grow much) so I will see how long these last .. it is summer but if these get a hole, then it is the shoe. None of his other shoes ever had a hole like that.... could be a fluke. Overall though, he loves the shoe and they do fit pretty good. I'll try to remember to do another review at the end of the summer and see how these shoes hold up.Best Deals on Reebok Vibetech Lite Running Shoe (Little Kid/Big Kid)

This is my first purchase of Stride Rite shoes and since my little one is 18mos and runs everywhere, I wanted to make sure her feet were in good shoes. Everyone raves about Stride Rite but I could never afford them and never used them with my older daughter. I absolutely love them! I wish I had bought them sooner. They are sturdy but soft and flexible. They are so cute and you can tell the quality is there. There really is a difference between these and the other shoes I've purchased but good shoes should be more affordable, especially when their feet are growing so fast. I chose Amazon because of the awesome customer service, free shipping, and great price. These particular shoes are on lower priced side but let me recommend them for the parent who wants great shoes for their daughter without spending over $50 on them. Another Sride Rite bonus is that they come in 1/2 sizes which not all shoes do.

The title says it all. Great shoe! The medium is quite wide and comfy, the sole is flexible, great design; we have it in white-multi goes with almost everything. My girl is 9.5 months old and wears size 3.5M, but she is on the small side. The only drawback is that it's easy for the baby to open the strap by pulling the flower on top; it's actually a game for her mommy secures the strap baby undoes the strap and repeat. I loved it so much, i just got bigger size in the brown. Now i'm waiting for summer sandals from StrideRite with the same flexible sole.PUMA Women's Complete Velosis 2 Running Shoe Review

Running shoes are definitely something you should try on in multiple sizes, styles and brands before buying.
I am not a big runner, well actually I am. I'm big for a female--I'm tall, and I lift weights and I am at the upper limits of a healthy BMI (but still healthy!!). I also have somewhat higher than average arches and a fairly neutral gait. I am currently running a few miles 3 times a week (mixing it up with swimming, biking and wt lifting). I have run a couple of 10 miler races as well. I am not fast. At all.
What I do have is picky feet. I have a tendency towards irritating the metatarsals in my right foot and MANY brands are made in such a way that this is actually aggravated by whatever cushioning system they use. The Pumas do not however. They are cushioned like a dream and with them I have no nagging injuries or pains.
This is a well built shoe that works great!
HOWEVER, before buying on line make sure you do your due diligence and make sure this will work as well for you. I cannot emphasize this enough...you have to try them on to find the ones that work! Once you find them buy more than one pair!
For my picky feet carrying a bit of a load--the cushioned nature and design of this shoe is perfect!

i) Excellent fit
ii) Excellent comfort
iii) Good grip on varied surfaces
iv) Nice looks
v) In-time shipping
vi) Good packaging
CONS:
i) Over-priced perhaps a price band of around 55 65 USD would have been ideal.
I live in New Delhi along with my wife (who is rather petite & slightly heavy). I was wanting to gift her a pair of good quality sneakers as an encouragement (for the obvious need I say!). She was already using an year old PUMA purchased locally. Neither of us are brand loyal PER SE (we are only VFM conscious), but I somehow ended up searching for a pair on Amazon and she chose this one from a list of options I had sifted through (multifarious brands of course). I had shipped the package to a friend who stays in the US and she had it arranged to be delivered to me.
Compared to the locally purchased Puma (which is still in good condition), my wife found the Puma Velosis-2 many notches above. She's actually puffed up with satisfaction and she says that comfort and precision-of-fit-wise, it's far far better than her existing Puma, the model of which, I am afraid, I cannot make out perhaps the relevant tags have worn out or something.
Overall, she is satisfied 5 on 5; Myself, I'd say 4 on 5 the one star being discounted entirely because of high(er) price.
Hope the above helps.
Cheers!

Mine are light gray with white rubber and blend better with non-sport clothing than the other colors. Modell's had lots of them on sale for about $54. The other colors are more flashy but probably look better to most young folks. The front 1-1/2" of the sole will probably hold dirt and will need to be scrubbed occasionally. That area is also the least solidly constructed and warps as you roll off of your toe and I felt it like a slight vibration. I didn't notice it after the first few miles. Maybe it wore down enough so that the more solid perimeter now takes most of the weight. It has a bit of a heel well, or whatever that gap in the heel area of the sole it called, which I wanted. It's built a lot like a jogging shoe. I compared it with a few jogging shoes and I guess this has a little more support, based on the look of the outsole. I use it for walking and I figured a trainer (I guess they're not called cross-trainers anymore) would have a more solid, less lug-like sole and reduce the chance of tripping, but I don't think that's the case with these sneakers because of the horizontal channels that I guess are intended to make it easier to bend your foot. I hope they'll at least last longer then jogging shoes but I'm not counting on it.

Ive just got these Lunarglide+ 3 and have used them for a week.
So far Ive used them at the gym once, a one hour walk, a 20min average running tempo in the treadmill and a 10 min fast tempo intervall on the treadmill, as well as 10 min or so on a crosstrainer. (Im about 5'10 175 pounds and exercice 2-4 times per week, normaly a mix of gym and cardio).
Positive: Feels very light, good support for pronation, good heal cushioning, fits snugly/well on the foot, very good looks (I think), overall comfortable, true to size (compared to what I usually wear)
Negative: Not good arch support (Ive got extremly high arches, for these I would need custom insoles), narrow in the toe-box (the outside of my two smalles toes falls on the edge of the insole), the cushioning in the front part of the shoes not as good as in the heals (compared to other shoes Ive used).
Verdict: Overall the shoes "feels" very nice, significantly lighter than my old ones, noticable when running especially. Should be good for moderate over pronators with reasonably narrow feet not needing too much arch support.
goo and buy it

If you're in the "Athena" category of women runners, this is an excellent running shoe for you. Most women's running shoes are designed to support a weight of no more than about 140-150 pounds. If you're over that weight (like a great percentage of the American public, since the US average female weight is 163 lbs!), then you'll want a shoe that is built a bit tougher. The stability design of this shoe, combined with the superb cushioning, makes it just about perfect.
I wrote the previous statement about the 1224's and this new model, the 1226, lives up to that and more. the shoes have held up well, but don't feel bulky like many stability shoes do. My feet breathe easily while running, and I have noticed less knee pain after long runs.
The only drawback I noticed was that there was a break-in period required, which typically I don't experience with NB shoes. I had a few hot spots the first week after any runs over 4 miles, but with a little Body Glide under my socks the problem quickly resolved itself. I'll be purchasing a second pair to rotate through.
My only complaint: I get about 9 months of daily wear before the structure support in the heel compresses and/or breaks down internally. Shoe still looks great externally, but the lateral support is significantly weakened.
Nevertheless, I'll be buying another pair in 8 monthsI've tried Nike, Reebok, Asics, and Brooks.... and you just can't beat this shoe.
