This is a good shoe. I have been looking for a good cross trainer since I participate in a variety of activities I wanted a shoe that I can use for everything. This shoe has good support and are very comfortable.Best Nike Men's Air Flex Trainer II Deals

Mine are light gray with white rubber and blend better with non-sport clothing than the other colors. Modell's had lots of them on sale for about $54. The other colors are more flashy but probably look better to most young folks. The front 1-1/2" of the sole will probably hold dirt and will need to be scrubbed occasionally. That area is also the least solidly constructed and warps as you roll off of your toe and I felt it like a slight vibration. I didn't notice it after the first few miles. Maybe it wore down enough so that the more solid perimeter now takes most of the weight. It has a bit of a heel well, or whatever that gap in the heel area of the sole it called, which I wanted. It's built a lot like a jogging shoe. I compared it with a few jogging shoes and I guess this has a little more support, based on the look of the outsole. I use it for walking and I figured a trainer (I guess they're not called cross-trainers anymore) would have a more solid, less lug-like sole and reduce the chance of tripping, but I don't think that's the case with these sneakers because of the horizontal channels that I guess are intended to make it easier to bend your foot. I hope they'll at least last longer then jogging shoes but I'm not counting on it.
