Our son has spina bifida, and recently started using a wheeled stander. He needed new AFO's (ankle-foot-orthodics) for stability with standing, and a shoe to fit over that was wide enough. After purchasing shoes from a local store, then returning them because they were not wide enough, we decided to take a chance on these. I am so glad we did! The width is perfect for fitting over the AFO's, and the price is much better than the specialty shoes made specifically for them. Thank you Saucony, for making XW shoes in little sizes, and thank you Amazon for carrying them!Perfect size. The only drawback is that the cords are very long. On the picture it looks like you don't need to tie them.

The shoe was extremely uncomfortable. The arch support was positioned in the wrong place and the sole was not thick enough. Shoes were returnedI wear a narrow shoe and this one fits me very well. Not all narrows do. I like it so well, I have them in three different colors. I have gotten many nice compliments about people liking the style and looks.

Can't go wrong with these shoes. They wear like iron! This is my daughter's second pair and she's had her first pair for 3 yrs. She wears these a lot in college because she says they are both comfortable and warm. Worth the money!

These shoes were delivered on time and in excellent condition. They fit a little more snug than my other Nike shoes If given the chance I would order a half size larger. They were very rigid at first but loosened up after about a week and are now very comfortable.

This shoe is the only shoe for my feet...for running, jogging, comfort, support, stability it has it all! I have tried others and none will replace the comfort I get running in these shoes, light and airy I just want to run forever! The fit is always perfect, just right around the toes giving me room to spread. This shoe was made for running absolutely the BEST of THE BEST! I would highly recommend it to all that love to run/jog!

Like these shoes for the trials that I run often. The only thing I don't like is the color, they should be any other color then white. A good shoe though.Discount AQx Sports Aquatic Training Shoe - Women's

I was very pleased with my aquatic shoes, they came from USA therefore they worked out a little more expensive than if I had bought them in the UK. However, one cannot buy anything similar in the UK, although I believe there is a strong possibility that this will become the case in the near future. I was also knocked for custom tax which was unlucky. The shoes do just what they say would on the box. I was lucky to get the correct size and they fit well and are very comfy and supportive. What more can I say. They do the job they are intended for.

Have used these for more than 10 rides in Sacramento rain. My feet are always soaked by the time I get home. Thought it was from running down my calf into my boot. Now convinced they leak. Throwing them out.
A manufacturing flaw. I was highly disappointed as I really needed something like this for commuting in the rain.
The search continues for a fully waterproof shoe cover.

Nice design and easy to get the shoe covers on but they leak through the seams. I returned the shoe covers to the manufacturer and they sent me new ones and they also leaked. The fabric is waterproof but the "Powerseal" leaks.A manufacturing flaw. I was highly disappointed as I really needed something like this for commuting in the rain.

color shows a softer pink than what I received. This is almost a neon orangey pink color and not what the photo looks like
the shoe... I am hoping the flex sole holds up as well as a normal sole would. My initial
response is I like the shoe very much....

Nike Men's NIKE LUNARFLY+ 4 RUNNING SHOES Review

Each year the LunarFly, as with nearly all running shoes, goes through something of a reinvention, originally known as the **'Nike Run Avant'** It's always, supposedly 'improved', by adding more bulk of some sort to it, of course to make it better. I started with the original model, the Run Avant, and have kept with the line since, because, as a light weight runner, I didn't need an average shoe. The shoe, over about five years, had evolved into a pretty average stability shoe, aiming for the center of the running market, I'd think--In fact, I couldn't tell much difference between it than the Lunar Glide. But the entire reason I had started to wear the shoe was because it was lighter than average, more cushiony than average, yet was still responsive and comfortable enough to wear the marathon distance. And so with the prior hefty-rendition of the LunarFly I had decided that they 'improved' it too much, and was going to try something totally new, to get away from the averageness in all its characteristics. Nike: If I wanted a Lunar Glide I'd have bought a Lunar Glide.
BUT THEN I searched the specs of the Lunarfly+4. It was as light as the original **Run-Avant** model. The sole looked even more responsive. I took a chance, ordered it while holding my breath, thinking, 'this is the last time I buy a lunarFly shoe!'.
Turns out Nike has finally designed **my** perfect shoe. It has all the qualities I originally enjoyed with the Run-Avant. It's more cushiony than the other models of LunarFly, and surprisingly, thanks to the trimmed down sole, is more responsive, yet just as stable. AND, the shoe is now made with more breathable materials great for summertime running. For me, this is the perfect running shoe, and without a doubt the best of the LunarFly series.
I suppose I will need to order more before Nike starts 'improving' the model again.. because it looks like any changes they make could only have an adverse affect. I just hope they don't start bulking it back up, making it more average..I will be quick to switch models next time.

I wanted to try insoles that have some more cushioning than Superfeet. These insoles do have great cushioning and good support. The problem I had with them is that they're really wide, and the listed size of 8.5 women's is really an 8.5-9, so they needed trimming to even fit in my shoes. Even after trimming they were a struggle to get into my shoes with the rubbery bottom. After trying them in my shoes I discovered they have an annoying squeak when I walk. I tried them in a couple of different pairs, and each one squeaks with these insoles. I think it's because they are too wide and rub on the sides of the shoe a bit. Anyway, it's something I can't just ignore and live with...or expect other people to ignore, if I'm somewhere like a tennis court distracting someone with squeaky shoes. Of course, since they have now been trimmed, they can't be returned and my money is wasted.
I don't understand why manufacturers of athletic shoes don't include such superior inserts in their initial offerings; they would be well worth the additional cost.

These shoes are easily the most flexible that I've been in. It seems that no matter which way I move, the shoe appear to work with me. Having found this out early I was a bit concerned.
I work in the Travel and Hospitality business and usually have to change shoes once every season (6 months). I walk a mile to work, walk about at least 3 miles while at work (on a slow day, which I haven't had many of lately), and then a mile back home at 5 days (or more) a week. I'm always on my feet walking, running, squating, tip toe'ing, pivoting, you name it my feet are involved. Therein lies the problem.
As I said I'm hard on shoes and I don't think these are gonna cross that "one season" mark. I haven't even reached the two month mark with these and I'm already seeing... I dunno what you'd call it... it's where the rubber sole pulls up to the front of the shoe where the tips of your toes would be. In any case, it's already starting to peel. I usually don't see things like this happen until at least the four month point with shoes (granted, their usually built a bit tougher for the job like Brahmas) and that's after the heels of the shoes signals I'm on the road towards the end. It's not awful yet, but I don't expect these shoes to last me until the first huge snowfall where I live (which would basically mark the beginning of the new season) which means I'll have to prematurely shell out another 40+ on some shoes that can tackle the job and for longer periods of time.
Also in the realm of comfort, I've had this reoccuring issues with these shoes and these shoes only where my right big toe starts hurting like the shoes are too tight for it. I thought it was a matter of just breaking the shoes in but this was an everyday thing, several hours into wearing them, over the course of a month and a half and now every so often on occasion. I have plenty of space to moves toes and such around and the shoes are always fine up until that very moment that pain comes back.
Pain aside (and I might be the only one) if you plan on doing a lot of moving around these might not be the shoes for you. If you bartend or you're in the kitchen where you're on your feet but don't necessarily have far to travel, you're just confined to basically one area, these are fine for that. But with the walking I do, these aren't ideal for the time period I was hoping to use them for.very comfortable, breathable shoe. Would give it a 5 but the soles wear out rather quickly. I do walk 8 miles a day for work though so I guess these would last longer for the average walker.

These shoes are very comfortable. I was looking for something that would be great for long days of standing on concrete floors. These do that. My only complaint is that they run small, I ordered a half size bigger than I normally wear, these are just
right. I wish they would have stated that these run small & order a size bigger than one normally wears.
I have some friends who just go up a half-size in their Mizunos and others who go up a full size, like me. Have your fave running/tri store fit you for perfect feet/Mizuno harmony!

I love the cushion and the fit and the reflective strips. I love the fabric/texture/design of the laces and I love the super-grippy treads.
