Review of Nike Men's NIKE AIR EQUALON+ 3 RUNNING SHOES
I had already a pair of Equalon... since those were already bad I decided to go for a ones. I have never feel such comfort in shoes...You feel like you are flying with the shoes. Good cushioning, nice colors, good ventilation and you have the Nike+ tech.

This year after buying these for my grandson he has won almost all his meets, he ended the season 17-1. He tried the shoes on and said they are going to make me a winner and they have. He says they feel great and loves the look.

This is my third pair of similar Adidas wrestling shoes, which I use solely for boxing. I love these shoes. The only gripe I have is that the string on the zipper (that helps you pull it shut) is too short. It's often difficult to shut the zipper because these fit like a glove (a good thing); if they only made the lever a little longer it would make these shoes much easier to use. There are easy solutions for this (e.g. adding a string or tie to the zipper to make it longer).Also, these shoes don't get dirty easily, which is a major plus when you're using them in training environments that are not necessarily the cleanest.
Buy Vivobarefoot Men's EVO Lite Running Shoe
3-MONTHS UPDATE:
I am still happy with these shoes for the most part, but discovered a couple of things that warranted a downgrade to 4 stars.
1) When going sockless, the tongue cut both of my feet raw at the bend on the top of each foot after about 5K. The tongue is not padded all the way, the very edge is just thin faux leather. I thought it would be soft enough to flex with the foot, but it rubbed small cuts each time I went sockless.
2) The shoe is not as breathable as my NB 730 and MT110. It is still better than most of the running shoes out there, but definitely not the best in this category. This is especially noticeable if you go sockless the more "plasticy" inner material makes the moisture more noticeable against the skin compared to soft cloth-like liner of 730 and 110.
3) The shoe FEELS heavy and slow. I know it is not, it's lighter than the majority of running shoes out there, but it does not inspire fast running (not sure how else to describe it).
So as I said above I am still pretty happy and use them regularly in my rotation. I consider these to be excellent trainers, especially without the insoles the ground feel is fantastic, but would never use them even in a C-race.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Since shoe preferences are highly subjective let me first outline what I was looking for in order to explain where my 5 stars came from:
1) 4mm or less (preferably 0mm) heel-to-toe drop;
2) < 8 oz. weight
3) very breathable. Some people complain about shoes having so much mesh they get wet in the rain. I want my shoes not to RETAIN water and dry quickly. Any kind of waterproofing also means slower evaporation of your own sweat.
4) no arch support
5) an outsole thread that works on the variety of terrains and surfaces.
There are a few models now that have 1-4, but these in my view nail #5. I usually run 5-10K on asphalt. I also have an option of a hard-packed gravel trail 1 mile away from my house. I also have real woods with roots, scree and lots of switchbacks about 4 miles away. So I wanted a shoe that could take me from my door step through all of those conditions.
I use New Balance M730 for road and NB MT110 for real trails M730's sole is too smooth for anything but pavement, MT110 is too hard and knobby for roads. Plus both of those are 4mm heel-to-toe.
I've tried NB MR00 (super comfortable, but not enough traction), MT00 (too plastic, uncomfortable upper), Brooks PureGrit (hot, MAJOR traction issues), Skechers GoBionic (not very breathable, pick up large rocks and sticks), Merrell Trail Glove 2 (OK, but materials are not as good and comfortable as MR00) and Saucony Hattori LC (poor traction).
EVOs have very comfortable, almost plush upper on par with NB MR00 and the thread of the outsole is absolutely perfect for the mix of conditions described above. I would not run really technical trails in them but they roll very nicely on everything else.
Prior to trying these out, I used the Altra Men's Provision Running Shoe (zero heel to toe drop) for road and the Inov-8 Trailroc 245 Trail Running Shoe (3mm heel to toe drop) for trails.
The Provision has ample space in the toebox for me and has served me well in 7 of my half marathons this year. I've only had 1 trail half marathon this year with the Trailroc 245s, but those shoes are a little tighter on the toebox than I'd prefer. Basically, I was looking for the combination of the Provision and the Trailrocs that wouldn't dampen out the ground feel too much. Enter the EVO Lite.
I did some test runs around the neighborhood block with these shoes (on road) and they felt excellent. My feet did not feel tight and my toes had plenty of room to splay out. After a few more trials, I went for a 5k and nearly broke a long standing PR. So they performed very well on road, how about trails?
On July 4th, I entered into a 10k running uphill through North Tahoe Regional Park, eventually ending at the beach. This course had steep uphills and downhills as well. This was an exhilarating run and I could comfortably feel the terrain without any sensation of pain. These shoes are excellent for trails!
TL;DR These shoes are perfect for the minimalist runner looking for excellent barefoot feel on both road and trail terrain. Will be looking for more from Vivobarefoot in the future!

I was able to buy the Vivobarefoot Ultra Pure a while back for an incredible price, and after several days of use, found that I loved them so much that I decided to search out for a version which is more suited for distance running including trails. I came upon these EVO Lites as the latest iteration of the Vivobarefoot EVO lineup. Seeing as there were very few reviews at the time I had intended to purchase these, I decided to bite based on the reviews I read of previous iterations of the EVO II and EVO III. My 2 year old can easily put these on herself and she runs and walks great in them. There was no need to break the shoes in. The toes get dirty and it is hard to clean if mud gets on them because the fabic has a bit of a suede to it.
They are very stylish and of high quality craftsmanship. The price was definitely good for this type of shoe. I would recommend this shoe pair highly. Again, the Amazon products are great. I wish I had known to shop here sooner.

My son wore See Kai Run shoes as a toddler, and both he and I loved them for their style, comfort, and ease of use. These shoes by sister company Eleven seem to follow in See Kai Run's footsteps (no pun intended). They are sturdy yet soft and flexible, even upon first use, and hold up well to my boy's running, jumping and other typical 3 year-old activities. My child prefers slip-on type shoes, but he can take these on and off easily by himself and I don't have to worry about the shoes falling off when he plays. The playful, modern styling garners many compliments.
Cheap ASICS Women's GEL-Sayuri Running Shoe
I am a runner, 2-3 miles daily.. not a ton of running but enough to still need a good shoe. I bought these ASICS after my NIKES disappointed me. These shoes are great. Light, breathable, cute, comfortable and inexpensive for a running shoe. Normally I wear 8.5 but I purchased a 9 and they fit perfect, I would suggest ordering 1/2 size up from what you normally wear. So far I am in LOVE with these shoes!
One thing: I have slightly narrow feet, but narrow shoes tend to be too narrow. I don't know if feet that fit comfortably in most shoes would be too wide for these or not. So I would suggest finding them somewhere to try on before buying them online.
I will definitely be buying a few more pair so that I can have them on hand. The price was great and I get a lot of compliments on the color, too! :)
Only downside is that they don't keep my feet warm when it's cold out, but few shoes do.

So far, I am thrilled with these shoes. I think it's been several years since I found a shoe this comfortable to walk in. My ankles and ball of foot aren't hurting after a long walk, which has been a problem. Honestly, for the price, if they wear out in 6 months I won't be too upset if I have to buy another pair. Strangely enough, the last pair that impressed me this much (10-freaking-years ago) were asics. Fits true to size and is very comfortable for extended physical activity. Just purchased two more pairs as this style may be getting to the end of it's life. These are the most comfortable running shoes I've ever had! They are so light and flexible I almost feel like I don't have a shoe on (compared to some running shoes, anyway). I don't get nearly as sore in my ankles after a long run anymore.I will definitely be buying a few more pair so that I can have them on hand. The price was great and I get a lot of compliments on the color, too! :)

These shoes are light, durable and provide good traction for a beginning runner. We purchased these shoes for our10 year old son for summer speed camp and he loved wearing them instead of crosstrainers for running sprints. I would recommend these to anyone looking for a good track shoe.
Tsukihoshi 21 Kaz Sneaker (Toddler/Little kid) Reviews
This seems to be a well made, comfortable and very light shoe. I usually buy Tsukihoshi Speed sneakers. Kaz are not as "bouncy" as Speed, their soles are not as "cushy", but my son still said they are comfortable. Cannot speak of the durability, since we just got them. I do want to warn that they run VERY large. My son's size is 12, I followed recommendation, bought size 11, and it is still a bit roomy. In comparison Tsukihoshi Speed only half size bigger. Overall, we love this brand, even though it takes a while to find the right size. For us Tsukihoshis last the whole school year, and machine-wash wonderfully.

Most important, my 4-year-old likes them a lot and has worn them happily to preschool every day since she got them. She claims that they are comfortable and she runs and climbs a lot.
My only small reservation was that on one shoe some of the stitching was missing on the cloth part. I wonder if it will unravel further when I wash the shoes at some point. It's only one tiny defect, and I noticed it only after the shoe had been worn.

These shoes fit as expected and my daughter (3 yo) really likes them. They're very flexible and light weight making them very comfortable. The velcro strap has good enough grip that it stays closed while being worn, but isn't so grippy that my daughter isn't unable to unlatch it herself. The laces are stretchy -they don't need to be tied and in fact, they cannot be adjusted. This shoe is great. I ordered the pink and navy ones in a size toddler 9 and my child loves them. They are very lightweight and flexible. They seem comfortable and my daughter says they are. My son had the marina sneaker and LOVED it this summer. We didn't think a switch to the Kaz would matter but my son just didn't love the way they felt. We went back to the marina and sure enough, he was in love again. SO easy to independently put on and so comfy.

I went through about 4 pairs of the Foundation 8s and loved them. I didn't like the 9s as much, so I was really looking forward to the Foundation 10.
Turns out they are a completely different shoe, way overcushioned and feel sloppy. More like the Brooks Beast, which I did not care for at all.
The 8 was great, the 9 barely OK, and the 10 sucks. I think Asics went in the wrong direction with this model they should take a page from NB's book with the classic 992 and just keep making the Foundation 8.
I returned them and found a pair of Foundation 8s on the interweb. Will buy all I can get my hands on, then probably switch to a different brand, maybe back to NB.

I've tried many makes and models of shoes including other Asics. These by far are the best to reduce knee pain and fix how I walk with extreme overpronation. I'm tall and skinny, 5-11 145lbs very fit. The 11 1/2 in medium fit my average sized feet perfect. Even after 2 weeks they still have that new feel and not a broken in one. I'm also 27 and don't want to wear shows that make me look like an idiot which many stability shoes try to do. You know the ones that are like 2 inches tall and very plain/ugly? Well these look good and you can't even tell how thick the sole actually is without really looking closely. They designed the colors and cuts well to hide that fact and keep them sporty. I have owned the Gel Foundation 6, 7, 8, and now the 10. I think the 10 may be a tad heavier, but I have flat feet ans slight pronation. They really work for me, and these shoes have lessened the wear I fell in my knees when on a run. They come in different widths so if they feel like they are "biting" your toes you may have purchased a size that is too narrow. My husband went to an expensive running store to get fitted for shoes and these were what was recommended. They cost much less through Amazon than in the stores. He has been buying this same model for a couple of years and they really help him. Prior to finding these, he had terrible pains in his knees when ran. These do the trick and he knows when he needs a new pair because his knees start hurting again. They seem to last him about nine months and he runs about 3 times a week.

I mistakenly ordered a men's 6.5 which was a size 8 in women's. However the shoe had very little support. The insoles are practically non existant. I do a lot of walking, so I need a lot of cushion. For the price, the shoe was not worth it. The colors are pretty, though.

Awesome coloring, but material is not at all durable relative to suede or leather 574s. Never quite the same after the first time you wear them. Bonus points for being able to safely get across the street at night, and the shoes definitely attract a lot of comments and attention by virtue of their bright color.
