These line of nike roshe flywire's run a little bigger than the regular and og roshes. To adjust simply get .5 size down. The biggest improvement on these is the nylon like material which you never thought nike could have improved on. I have been wearing these sockless since the material feels much more comfortable than your typical cotton socks. Highly recommended as a fashionable walking /occasional jogging shoe.

I received them yesterday and put them on this morning. Feels like I'm still wearing house shoes. so lightweight and comfortable. They are bit wide in the toe box but I have wider feet than average. Will probably not fill well for those with narrow feet. the soles are not that high but flatter than the original design which is good because if have a tendence to turn my ankle at times with higher profile running shoes. I used these for hiking in Yellowstone in June... First I wore them 'around town' to break them in.

They really didn't need break-in time, though. Really really comfortable.

I know when I get a good pair of walking shoes~~when I do not have to 'think' about how my feet feel while I am walking.

That's what these shoes are like.

I own about 4 pairs of Keens now--different styles--and I just ordered a pair of Winthrop Keen boots online.

I have two other uggs, one is the classic short and one is this classic mini. Both of my others are of the same high quality, the outside has the same feel and the inside has a very thick lining of sheepskin. This pair feels like velvet on the outside, not the same as the others. It is also much thinner in that the sheepskin lining is very thin and it feels like synthetic too. I am very dissapointed in the quality, but since times are tough I guess Ugg is cutting back as everyone else is.

We bought these shoes for my son to run cross country this past fall. The shoes were easy to break in, he ran well in the shoes and felt very comfortable with them. They are light shoes that may be designed to run on a track. Nevertheless, he did run through grass, dirt, sidewalk, mud, and the shoes did get wet a lot. Five weeks after purchase (running five days a week, 3-5 miles each time), the stitching in the front of the shoe came loose, and then the entire rim of the front of the shoe detached. Perhaps that was to be expected, but it was very disappointing for me. The rest of the shoe remained intact, but the shoe could not be used for running with a flapping rim (we never tried hot-gluing them).

I expected more from the name Nike, I suppose. I bought New Balance running shoes for him (also light weight), and since then he has worn them for running and for his regular school day for six months. The top stitching has held up perfectly. The insert is now worn flat, but again, it is to be expected from so much use. The insert is easy to replace. The stitching, not so much. I would be wary of purchasing these shoes again.

Nike Free Runs are the best! I mostly got them to wear to school and work out in the yard, but, when I run/walk with my dogs my feet didn't hurt after.

Nike Free Runs have have very soft padding and are very comfortable. I recommend them for anyone to get them. The free runs soles are very strong they made it two years with me. My past Reeboks did not hold as well as Nike Free Runs.

What I didn't like about the free runs were that even though the soles held the cushioning didn't. After a year or less it started to wear two holes through it. Since I had neon green ones they got dirty super fast so I'd have to power spray them (A machine that puts more power into the spray).

They have little stars all over them that look cool and aren't girly. There are different shadings of the same color all over. The Nike sign on the side reflects light such as a bike. Since I wore them hiking, walking the dogs, and running they went by pretty fast. I hope you will like them if you decide to get them they are very good and fun. I would say if you get bright colored ones try not to get them dirty.

Cheap Saucony Women's Progrid Xodus 3.0 GTX Trail Running Shoe

I have bought Saucony Progrid Xodus 2.0 for the past 4 years. I live in the desert. I run/walk trails. Hike on shale and a lot of sandy washes. I loved the 2.0 and was eager to try the new Progrid Xodus 3.0. I'm so disappointed. The minute my 3.0 shoes hit the trail I immediately had sand/dirt between my toes. I thought ok the trail is sandy so I will try a trail that is hard packed. Same thing. I never had this problem before with the 2.0 model. Dirt on in shoes + sweaty feet = blisters. Who ever redesigned this shoe should really label it a pavement shoe. The materials are cheaper from the previous model. The mesh on top provides zero protection from trail dirt/sand. The only reason I gave the shoe a 3 star is because it does have a good grip tread and everyone thinks they are cute. I'm on a new quest to find the right trail shoe again.

I have the men's version of this shoe, and I really like it. In snow, it provides excellent traction. I bought this shoe for my wife, who has worn Saucony shoes for well over ten years. She runs over ten miles per week, so she can easily tell the good shoes from the wannabe's. She agrees that this shoe feels great, and provides the traction she needs.

These shoes feel very cushy and comfortable if just rating the sole of the shoe. They are very wide, and I can't lace them up tight enough to keep my feet from sliding around in them. Also, there's a hard edge to one side of the tongue on the right shoe, and it is extremely painful (the left shoe doesn't have that hard cutting edge). I'm going to have to return them.

Seems to be a good shoe, and I bought in my regular size, so only issue is that the top of my food may be a bit wider than normal.

I pulled these out of the box, put them on, and left on a short hike on a sloppy trail. 2 hours and I basically forgot I was wearing them, it was like walking on a sidewalk in tennies. I since have put probably 30 mile of hiking, and 10 of snowshoing in, and I love these boots. Plenty of support, good traction in the slop and snow, and dry and warm. Did I mention how comfortable they are.

I purcharsed this model as a replacement for my last heavy pair of Timberland hiking boots. I have wear them 2 times with great results in term of comfort, weight and water resistance. Sadly I could'nt say the same in terms of quality of materials. Two hikings were enought to tear the vamp off just in the spot were the foot flexes which suggest a lack of reinforcement or a bad choice of material.. Im now applying the warranty, they will answer in 10 days if they offer me some repair,a new pair or they'll return my money back. Its a pity cause omitting this issue I would have given 5 stars for sure.

Very good, but I still like the IsoTransition better. Only plus on this one is the lack of drain holes in the sole, therefore no issues with running on trails where the Iso Transitions might often pick up small pebbles/gravel and cause problems. Note on the fit: I am normally a size 9.5 but use 10.5 for Pearl Izumis. Half of the extra size is purely to account for long-distance running (half marathon and up) where I've had occasional issues with my toes late in the run. Otherwise, a half-size over might be OK.

I tried on so many different pairs of shoes before settling with these. They were the most comfortable and provide excellent forefoot cushioning. Luckily, I don't get too hung up on colors but I do have to say that I've gotten razzing from my friends who have seen my shoes. I just tell them "Yes, they're obnoxious but the most comfy." I love them and will probably buy another pair since I'm training for a half marathon. Now that I know I like these so much, I'll order the blue/white ones online. These have helped eliminate the hip and knee pain I was having. My suggestion to Saucony: Go with some colors that aren't so loud. :) Love this shoe though!

Aw heck, I don't know what I was thinking about with this rancid color. It's like a combination of blood and Tang. Pfua! When I go running on the trail, it's kind of sad because all of the animals run and hide. It's no better at races either. Usually runners like really loud gear, but these draw stares and even some taunts. People call me BLOSSOM.

I'm so over it. I think I'm going to spray them blue and call it even.

Review of New Balance Men's MT915 Trail Running Shoe

I AM NOT A PROFESSIONAL RUNNER. I am someone who needed to get back in shape after winter and I bought these shoes to make this goal easier. I have been very pleasantly surprised at how these shoes have performed.

These shoes are amazing. The lightweight mesh design offers exceptional breathability and also dries wicked fast. It's been a really sloppy spring here from the quick snow melt, and these shoes are perfect for getting wet and muddy and then drying quickly. IF YOU HAVE WIDE FEET these shoes are a no-brainer to buy. I bought a size 12 4E wide shoe and my feet have never been more comfortable. I live at a camp in Northern MN and they've made it a blast to run through the woods; I am enjoying running in a whole different way than I have in the past. Sticks, rocks, logs--who cares? With the durably built sole obstacles that would give me trouble in normal shoes are a piece of cake.

Right now I'm debating on whether to buy another pair right to plan ahead for when these get worn down--that should give you an idea of how much I love these shoes.

The MT915 is a good trail shoe, however I found it to be poor on the down hills. The heal is rather narrow which does not provide great stability of the ankle. The light weight material also allows the ankle to move from side to side. The last problem I had was that I could not keep the shoe tight enough to keep my feet from slipping forward, which resulted in jammed toes. Where this shoe preformed well was on the flat areas. It feels light and does a great job protecting your feet from the rocks. You could wear this shoe for a road marathon, if cushioning is not a concern. Is there a better shoe? Yes, the MT904 which they stopped making. The MT904 worked as well or better in all conditions noted above. I have used the MT904 for both ultra races and marathon races.

This is a VERY low cut shoe with a very substantial and fairly inflexible heel and sole. My heel felt like it was constantly about to slip out of the shoe and I could only comfortably wear them if I took out the insole. The tongue is paper thin and if I laced them up securely enough that they didn't slip, the laces cut into the front of my ankles. It's also pretty poorly shaped. Whereas most decent running shoes will generally have an anatomically correct "D" shaped profile (tapering to the big toe), this shoe has an "A" shape (tapering to the center of the foot), which was forcing my toes together.

I should have tried these on in a store first, learned my lesson.

Hey, I read a lot of reviews that stated this shoe is way too small and narrow for the stated size. Following the advice of the angry reviewers I found online, I ordered a half size over and one size wide (I have wide feet). Sadly when I opened the box the shoe was so big I didn't even need to try it on. I sent the shoes back and ordered my normal size. Based on my experience I think you should buy your normal size. I really hope you get the fit you want and my advice does not guide you in the wrong direction.

So far I have about 9 hours of running in these shoes and I'm very pleased with the shoe for what it is. Typically I only run in the Minimus trail (MT10) but I have a big race on very rocky and technical single track that requires a shoe change. The fit for me is quite good while wearing a "normal" sock, the super thin socks I normally wear let my foot slide around a little, and a thick sock squished my toes up. The heel seems a little loose compared to other new balance shoes (probably my lacing) but I have not had any problems with rubbing. I noticed I had to tie the laces a bit loose or I would have a little pain on the top of my foot at first, this however has gone away and I atribute it to an incredibly stiff sole. While on the subject of fit I did not use the top two lace holes on the shoe so my ankle would not be so constricted and allow it to fit more like the MT10.

Oddly enough the transition form a minimal shoe to a super sturdy trail shoe with a very stiff sole was pretty easy. The biggest advantage was being able to run through rocky sections without having to tip toe around. The rock plate allowed me to really pick up the speed when going downhill and let me relax my eyes away from the trail more often than with the MT10. I thought the agressive sole would be a bit squirmy on hard pack but I never noticed this to be the case. The sealed up tongue was great at keeping debris out of my shoe but like all shoes must stuff slides down your socks or gets in under your ankels. There is plenty of padding around the toes to ease the pain of kicking a rock on accident, plus the front of the shoe seems very resistant to abrasions.

I cannot speak for how most trail shoes feel, I think road shoes are often the best option for trail running it there are no sharp rocks around to bruise your heel on. So in my opinion this shoe is a bit overkill if you are not dealing with rocky terrain. If looks are important to you than this probably isn't the right shoe for you, it's a bit funny looking, i'd say it looks more like a road shoe than trail shoe, but I wouldn't go as far as calling it ugly. Personally I think new balance's other trail shoe are way more goofy looking.

Overall I'm very happy with the performance of this shoe, I do not know how they packed in so many features and only added 3 ounces per shoe over the weight of the super light MT10. I think this shoe is great and I'm confident it will shave 30 minutes off my race compared to running in a minimal shoe.

I bought these shoes on recommendation of Chris Costa's company Costa Ludus. I have been wearing these for almost 3 months now and I can't say enough about them.

Previously I had been a full size boot or cheap tennis shoes guy. But I have worn my boots only a handful of times since I have started with these shoes.

The shoes are waterproof. This is the biggest thing for me, I hate having wet feet ,which is why I used to stick with boots when doing anything outside, but these shoes have proven that they are water proof with out a doubt. In the past couple of months, I have sprayed them with a faucet while filling water jugs, walked though puddles that covered the toe of the shoe. ran muddy trails/grass. Any other tennis shoe that I have had previously would have left my socks soaked in all of these situations but these kept my feet completely dry.

They clean off really well. I hate looking like a mess but I also hate having to put a ton of effort into keeping stuff like my shoes looking good. I'm not sure what the upper material is but it stays clean really well. Since I have started wearing these shoes I have helped a friend clean out her horse stall, ran around in the dust and mud etc. So far they come clean pretty easily, A quick brush from my hand usually takes care of it.

SO em to be holding up pretty well. The lower sides is almost like bedliner, just a little bit smoother. it seems to be holding up pretty well.

They seem pretty lightweight, but I am comparing them to cheap retail store shoes and 8 inch steel toe insulated w/ goretex boots so my perception may be off.

Over all these seem like a really well made shoe that suit my needs really well

I have relatively wide feet and have always liked the way Adidas fit. These have good arch support and an overall comfortable feel. I wear a size 12 and these are accurate to size.

The only negative is they are a bit warm. They are waterproof so they don't breathe very well, but that's probably true of any waterproof shoe.

These shoes are very comfortable, look acceptable to wear casually, and keep me ready to be active at a moments notice. After half a year of use, I'm very happy with these. I love to abuse them, but they still work and look great. I have walked through cities and trails and ridden bikes, but I haven't taken them into the mountains or mud trekking yet. They do keep my feet dry when it's raining. At this rate, I would likely buy these again if anything happened to my pair.
