I purchased the M1300 Day Tripper Classic because I like the New Balance brand, and LOVE that the shoes are mainly produced in the USA. When I received the product, my admittedly high expectations were not met. The comfort of the shoe is average. If I were to compare this product to another pair of New Balance that I have worn (the NEW BALANCE Running Shoes M990GL3), the comfort level is much lower, and the fit is not the same either. Although BOTH pairs were made in America, the M1300 are not made with the same quality, as the inner sole in one shoe has already come out, after only wearing the shoes 3 times. The price tag in the shoes is also NOT forgiving. Also the Day Tripper was only 30 dollars more than the aforementioned other pair I had purchased previously, 150 dollars for shoes is expensive. I expected the product to be excellent, and it was not. Therefore, I would NOT recommend this product. Honestly, I would like to return it, but am unsure if I am able, since they have been worn outside.

I received these shoes and he wore them about a month to break them in before a big trip, went on the trip and two weeks later they were falling apart. He went to England and i guess with all the rain there they could not hold up. Coming apart on the sides. It was almost like the glue gave way or either they were not put together well at the seams. Never buy this brand again. You would think you would get more for the money I paid.

Was looking for a shoe that would work well for me by indoors and outdoors. I am very pleased with this product. It is well made, looks good, and is fitting better and better the longer I wear it. I guess I should be out running on a trail but haven't done that yet.

This is a great shoe. Last night I ran 7 miles in them for my first run and had no problems. I don't have any intention of changing to another shoe. I would suggest getting 1/2 size smaller than normal size because they seem to run a little big. I like the bigger toe box on these.

I really like the colors of this mostly aqua shoe, which is why I bought it. I listened to reviews and didn't go up a half size like I usually do for running shoes. I'm usually an 8.5 or a 9 in shoes depending on how they run and I went with an 8.5 and I have plenty of room to wiggle my toes (which I like) while my ankle still feels nice and secure (with the right socks). This is not a minimalist shoe, in fact the sole is actually pretty thick and helps me land mid foot so you have a natural forward gate (great for beginners). I have gone on a few 3 miles runs in them and have worn them casually with no rubbing or blisters.

These shoes are fantastic. They fit great and are comfortable. Shoes have a little extra room which allows for feet to expand during wear but are not too big. They offer great support and comfort. I would purchase these again.

Considering the price, they actually are very cheap looking (and probably also to produce), however they definitely make a big difference, when I ran with 1 shoe with regular and the other with elastic laces. Definitely worth trying for somebody who runs a lot or has problems tightening the laces at the right places.

I have only worn these twice: once all day for work, and once for a Saturday of shopping and exercising. So comfy right out of the box! I walked outside for 25 minutes and jogged a bit in them. I don't know how long they'll last, but I hope for a long time. I really like these athletic shoes. I will say that I did order a half-size larger and that worked perfectly.

I love Avias. I have foot issues and Avias are the only shoe that I can wear. I only caution buyers this: I find Avias to run small. I wear an 8 but in Avias I need an 8 1/2. Great price for this running shoe.

These sneakers are just as comfortable as my Asics Kayanos at almost half the price! I am a real deal 44 year old runner with a history of foot, knee, and back problems over the last 30 years of running. I am flat footed, wear orthotics and have had several bouts with plantar fasciitis. I have been pain free since wearing these shoes. I have been wearing these shoes for over a year and they are just good as new!

I first tried them on in a shoes shop, and it wasn't as tight as the other tennis shoes. (I have wide feet)

It's firm sole have been holding on for quite a while, and it doesn't leave any scratches on the court nor does it break down or disintegrate like other tennis shoes.

It's down side is that when you move a lot on the court, it makes this screeching sound that is as twice as loud as other shoes. (I think it's because of the firm sole)

WIDE! (Sorry for the Tennis pun) If you have wide feet and need tennis shoes get these. They are durable and wide with tons of padding. They are very comfortable, though could be a bit lighter. Overall as someone with very wide feet, they are perfect for me.

I bought these shoes on Amazon as my first on-line shoe buying experience. I had some Nike's that were getting close to retirement and I had started looking at local area stores. No one had anything like I wanted for a price I was willing to spend. As a last resort, I checked on-line. To my surprise, it was easy and painless to narrow down the selection by color, size, price, etc. until I was left with a reasonable selection of options. I would typically spend $30 or $40 for a pair of tennis shoes but lately, all you can get for that price are the mesh construction running shoes. I really prefer the full leather "court" style shoes, but they are getting harder and harder to find. This pair was on sale from $55 to $48 and I also factored in the no sales tax aspect which saved a little more. The shoes came in 2 days (thanks to Amazon Prime), and they fit perfectly. While they are still in the break-in period, they are already one of more comfortable pairs I've owned in a long time.

I am a commercial carpet cleaner and need a sturdy shoe to work in-I choose this shoe because it's white top and bottom (I wont mark up floors or carpet when in people's homes) and that it's 'uber' sturdy. I have ordered this shoe twice before and it outlasts other shoes by far.

I can't comment on this shoe as a tennis shoe, but for my uses, it's great.

These are great! Low to the ground cushioning is great for responsiveness and great support for lateral movements. Fits like a glove because the tongue is attached to the bottom of the insole, plus the insole has a type of memory foam functionality where your foot sinks into it which eliminates any movement in the shoe.

I thought this shoe was going to be bulky but it is very light weight thanks to the heat-gear material on the toe and around the collar.

And you do not get any crease on the toe. They also have laces that do not come lose because of the rippled texture. Also flexible, was not hard to break them in at all.

Probably not the stylish of shoes but if your looking for functionality, support and comfort this is the shoe for training.

While we loved the look of these shoes, they simply do not last! I received this purchase in early May and it is now late July and already I need to search for a new pair of shoes for my 4 year-old. There are worn holes on the bottom of both shoes and a rip in the seams on the top of one shoe by his toes. I am appalled that Skechers would make shoes this flimsy. I wish I could get my money back! I purchased the Skechers Ragged Motley shoes for my son and the sole started coming off the shoe in under 60 days.

I emailed Skechers to see what could be done but after 10 days I had received no reply back. I emailed one more time and did get a reply. The customer service rep said that I could ship the shoes back to be analyzed / looked at or I could bring them into one of their stores. I elected to go to one of the stores and the representative there kindly refunded me for the shoes because it was clearly a manufactures defect and they no longer carry this model shoe. I was very happy with the way they handled this but I was also told that I should expect kids shoes to typically wear out in 2-3 months. In reading other reviews I can see that this is Skechers stance on the wear and tear of kids shoes.

Side Notes: I wrote a review of the shoes on the Skechers web site but the review didn't show up

I also bought a pair of Skethers for myself recently and the soles are wearing very quickly. I wear dress shoes at work so only periodically where the Skechers and it seems like I have only worn them 10 or 15 times. It seams as though their shoes are wearing out faster than they used to. I'm hoping that they can find out was the cause of this is so I can continue to by Skechers.

Love to run in these shoes, but even after 3 tris, having trouble getting them on in the transition. The opening is pretty small, and the heel keeps getting bent down when I slide my foot in. Other than that, its a good shoe for running. It is light, and on sprint distances have not developed any issues like hot spots or the like.
