I usually wear 7 in flats and 7.5 W in sneakers with socks on. I have bunions and the width was fine for the toe box, but my big toe felt like it was squished and rubbing on the outside. Maybe a 7.5 would work, but they just weren't as cute in person as I thought they'd be so I won't reorder.

This shoe is perfect: perfect look and perfect fit. I wear 9 1/2 M and this shoe is a true fit. A very comfortable shoe. Compared to many brands, this shoe has plenty of toe room. I have only worn this shoe twice but I expect the material to hold up well. I highly recommend this shoe for casual wear.
