You think its just a "break in" period only to find out that the blisters on the back of your heals get worse and worse. The Neoprene heal was a bad idea. The suede heal rubs up against your heal and the Neoprene offers no support. No other Ecco shoe has this heal and for good reason. Bought them 45 days ago at an Orlando Ecco store and have been trying to return them be mail for more than a month. Company punishes you by making you keep a product you want nothing to do with. Its like LL bean cust service in reverse. Beware!

Do not buy this shoe. Very uncomfortable at the heel and cannot wear for long. Even after changing the insoles to Gel ones the shoe is very uncomfortable. I own 3 pairs of ECCO and regret purchasing this model. I thought it just needs a break-in but even after 6 weeks daily use it still gives me aches.

I hate to contradict the other reviewers, but I do love this shoe. Very comfortable, easy to slip on, durable, good looking. I wear them all the time. They are a casual street shoe for me on the weekends. They are not a hiking shoe.

I like the shoe style and quality the only thing that I don't like is how the shoe fits my heel; it slips. The eyelets don't provide a way to make the shoe tighter at the top. Another thing I'm not a giant fan of is that the shoe has a built in sock (like modern running shoes). It's not uncomfortable it just makes getting my wide foot in to the shoe harder.

All this said I do wear the shoe and it's comfartable save the heel slip. If you have a narrow heel you really don't want this shoe.

I have bought NB shoes for a long time but in the last 4 years I have had anything but quality. Starting 4 years ago I bought a set of higher end running shoes after getting out of the Marines. These were the 996 Marine Edition. Within 2, yes 2 months the sole started coming apart. I was SHOCKED because I was not running in these they were bought because I like the fit/feel and that they were USA made. I contacted the store I bought them from and they sent me a replacement set at no charge (but took almost 2 months to get). The replacement set of 996 Marine lasted a decent while(but still less than expected) of almost 1.5 years. I finally got sick of the outer sole peeling so I bought a replacement shoe which was the 624 all leather in black. I did not particularly care for the initial fit as the "heel" had what felt like a bar running left to right at the arch. These I noticed afterwards were made in China or Vietnam (kind of pissed me off as sales person told me they were USA made). These had issues from the 1st week with the insole, outer sole, and stitching on the upper. And I finally gave up and bought another set of shoes, well actually 2 sets since my size seems to be eternally out of stock lately (10.5 Wide). It has been 1 month now since I bought 2 sets of the new 677. At first I LOVED the fit but now the inner sole has started "migrating" into the toe and the outer sole (grey piece) is peeling off of the sole. Normally I would just switch to the other set I bought but I am positively SICK of New Balance now. I bought them while visiting my family in Colorado Springs, CO, at Dick's Sporting Goods. I am currently living in Mount Vernon, WA and there is not a Dick's anywhere near here or I would go directly to them for a replacement of the bad pair and a REFUND of the unused pair. As I see it I am either the MOST unlucky person and keep getting bad examples of good shoes OR there is a SERIOUS QC issue going on at NB. These will most likely be the last NB product I ever buy because of this problem. I no longer have the 996's but I held onto the 624s just in case I needed a pair of "mud shoes". Maybe I should just rhino line them all and just them as snow/rain/mud clogs.

I had a hard time finding a lightweight shoe to do some sports on a court (basketball court indoor and outdoor) as well as in the grass. I picked up these and they were great while they lasted. Within about 8 uses, the sole treads started to peel off on both heels. It got to a point that one was flapping around. New Balance is exchanging these out, so at least their customer service is great.

These size 10 shoes are tight for the size. I normally wear 9-1/2. The insoles are too cushiony too. I could not wiggle my toes. I gave these shoes to my son who has slightly smaller feet that me.

I THOROUGHLY ENJOY Helly Hansen Products. This shoe was, for all practical purposes, dirt cheap. I wanted to get some shoes, any shoe by Helly Hansen would do and these were thirty-five bucks or so. These shoes are shoes that take me back to the days of Keds. I just love some cloth sneaks and these, being that they come from Norway, are rare here in the USA. I just don't like seeing other people wearing my shoes and since these are imported, most likely I won't have to. If you live in South Florida please don't buy these. I want to be alone in my sense of fashion. thanks

My friends and I were playing baseball and we accidentally hit a Babe Ruth signed baseball into someones yard, which was occupied by a massive dog that ate objects and children. These shoes gave me that extra burst of speed needed to retrieve the ball and escape the yard before the beast could catch me. He jumped the fence though and chased me around the neighborhood, through a movie screen and under a giant cake. I can honestly say without these shoes, I never would have had the opportunity to play for the Dodgers. I highly recommend these shoes!

I've been a fan of Converse Chuck Taylor "Chucks" for years and always have several pairs on the go but these PF Flyers, I tell you, are even better and I am definitely a new fan now. Just like the Chucks, they are the 'old school' high-top style with the canvas uppers, rubber toe cap, rubber bumpers and rubber sole. I bought the navy ones but will also get some in the other colours, too. They are incredibly comfortable to wear because of the built-in arch supports inside the sole which distribute your weight more evenly than a regular pair of sneakers. I wear these everywhere except the office and get compliments all the time. The canvas and the rubber have a bit of a strong smell which offends some but, personally, I kind of like it. Reminds me they are on my feet! These sneakers are definitely NOT to be missed! And, more over, you can't do any better at this price.

I find Chucks too narrow and uncomfortable. These have a bit more width across the area of the ball of the foot, and that makes a tremendous difference in fit and comfort.

Plus the insoles really do add extra padding and support, and they do shift your weight to the outside of the foot, making them comfortable to wear for much longer.

And of course it's great to have on a pair of P. F. Flyers again!

The other reviewers are correct the PF Flyers are basically very similar to high top Converse sneakers except better. More comfortable (but not quite as comfortable as your Brooks marathon trainers they can't perform miracles) largely because of the snazzy insole inserts and overall better shape of the shoe. Converse high tops used to make my outer feet hurt but these PFs are comfortable; were so from first wear. Colours and designs are more retro hip than Converse. I got a pair in navy and another in the cool brown/yellow stripe combo. They are 1950s small town old school style rather than contemporary 'urban' hip, they go well with jeans, vintage shirts etc i.e. indie/rockabilly/swingster vibe. Front of shoe has a vertical ribbed bumper bar on them that is the biggest difference to Converse high tops some might not like it as much but I actually prefer it to the Converse shoe... adds to the old school feel. Sizing: I went 0.5 sizes up from my normal size and they fit well. Probably I would have been fine in the regular size but the 0.5 extra size gave a little more room in the toes (the front toe area of these shoes is somewhat narrow/tight).

We knew what color these would be, because New Balance has a certain shade of gray/tan that they use. These are slightly more on the tan side. They fit my husband as expected and he wears them every day and really likes them.

My toddler took awhile to warm up to wearing these shoes since his favorite color is blue and they only had it in brown for his size. But after a couple of times, this soon became his favorite sneakers. It looks good and he moves around really well in them. My only complaint about these shoes is the strap. After less than a month of occasional use, the velcro on the strap has started to lose its grip and it frequently unfastens on its own. We have to refasten it a few times each time he wears it. We will probably have the velcro replaced very soon at a shoe repair store. Otherwise the rest of the shoe is decent quality.

Cheap Reebok Men's Zig Flow Running Shoe

These Zigtech Zigflow sneakers are ideal for casual wear. The suede uppers make them a bit more dressy than regular sneakers and the soles of course, allow for maximum walking before leg fatigue.

Although they are expensive, their quality appears well worth it.

The Zigtech original wore out (tore) due to the mesh constructed uppers (Suede should be much stronger). Also, on macadam the soles tend to wear out fairly quickly (for me 6 months).

I want to love these shoes. The sole is truly advanced and really does absorb plyometric impact. So why not 5 stars? The biggest issue is the tongue, the darn thing won't sit straight, after five minutes of moderate exercise it twists to either side and sets up a great hot spot. Sure I can tourniquet my foot to the point that the upper is rigid but discomfort excludes exercise. Like you, I have other running shoes and this is not a problem.

Secondly I can foresee the area around the upper toe end and where the laces seam meets splitting, after a couple of months it is starting to weaken and I expect to have to contact Reebok before long.

Great P90X/Insanity shoes, reasonable short distance running shoes, HORRIBLE medium/long run shoes due to the twisting tongue.

Best adidas Men's Alquo Vario Sandal Deals

This sandal looks exactly as it does in the picture, fits true to size, does not slide off the foot when walking (and if it does, you could adjust the velcro strap), and is comfortable to walk in. They're obviously just a sandal, so not meant for hard labor or strenuous exercise. Have had them and worn daily for about a month, and nothing falling apart. Can't think of a single thing wrong with them.

Size runs a bit large. I ordered 11 but probably could use a 10. I bought an Adidas sandal several years ago at JCP size 11 that is very similar, but apparently they dont make that exact style anymore. This one appeared in pictures to be close. Its OK, but I wish I could find the style I really like.

This sandal fit very well for my son's feet which are quite "thick" (from bottom to top arch of his feet). I brought some Nike and Crocs sandals for him but had to return them. He couldn't got his feet thru all the way. This one has good amount of space for his feet to get thru. I'll keep buying this model whenever he out grew his old one.
