You think its just a "break in" period only to find out that the blisters on the back of your heals get worse and worse. The Neoprene heal was a bad idea. The suede heal rubs up against your heal and the Neoprene offers no support. No other Ecco shoe has this heal and for good reason. Bought them 45 days ago at an Orlando Ecco store and have been trying to return them be mail for more than a month. Company punishes you by making you keep a product you want nothing to do with. Its like LL bean cust service in reverse. Beware!

Do not buy this shoe. Very uncomfortable at the heel and cannot wear for long. Even after changing the insoles to Gel ones the shoe is very uncomfortable. I own 3 pairs of ECCO and regret purchasing this model. I thought it just needs a break-in but even after 6 weeks daily use it still gives me aches.

I hate to contradict the other reviewers, but I do love this shoe. Very comfortable, easy to slip on, durable, good looking. I wear them all the time. They are a casual street shoe for me on the weekends. They are not a hiking shoe.

I like the shoe style and quality the only thing that I don't like is how the shoe fits my heel; it slips. The eyelets don't provide a way to make the shoe tighter at the top. Another thing I'm not a giant fan of is that the shoe has a built in sock (like modern running shoes). It's not uncomfortable it just makes getting my wide foot in to the shoe harder.

All this said I do wear the shoe and it's comfartable save the heel slip. If you have a narrow heel you really don't want this shoe.
