I've had foot surgery for plantar fasciitis! I have these shoes in almost every color! I wear them daily the white ones to work (I'm a nurse). I am on my feet for 12 hour shifts they are very comfortable and you don't have to worry about your shoe laces coming un-tied! They are machine washable also not many shoes can be thrown into the washer! I have them in blue suede and in black suede to wear with jeans and other casual clothing! I hope they never stop making these shoes!

I bought these shoes to wear at the barn because they are called wash and wear and because my foot problems won't let me wear any of the very fashionable Ariat boots. These shoes are definitely more than wash and wear! One week after I got them I bathed my horse and while the outer shoe got wet, my socks stayed dry and the collar around the shoe prevented water from entering from the top. They dried on my feet and the leather still looks great. They are comfortable, but the toe box is not as roomy or tall as the Propet Walkers that I also bought. However, with a little adjustment these shoes are comfortable, useful, economical, and allow me to be active on my feet for several hours without pain.

This is my second pear of Propet walking shoes. They are extremely comfortable and fit great. The mushroom color is really very attractive. I wear a wide shoe (normally a D width) and these are absolutely true in fit (at least for me). They are comfortable and sturdy enough to wear to the gym and I keep them on all day. I have plantar fascitis and need to wear orthotics. The insole of these shoes is removable so that I can wear my orthotics comfortably.

I have not yet tried to clean these shoes yet, but it is suggested by the manufacturer that they should be cleaned with a damp cloth. I have another wash and wear pair in white that I have put in the washing machine and they look like new.

Amazon has the best price that I have found so far and with free shipping offers, you cannot go wrong

As early as my first stride I could tell that these running shoes are perfect for me. They are lightweight and very comfortable, very well vented and the out sole provides tremendous traction.

I got a great feel of the ground, which I like because it helps me maintain good form, and the almost inexistent heel-to-toe drop helps your landing and toe-off a lot. My only complaint is that the edge of the sole is flat and stiff, which doesn't help with lateral motion and I could even imagine causing an ankle injury if the foot slides inside the shoe because of it.

Now, for some warnings: first, this shoe already requires good running form. A heel-striker will suffer, because there is only a very small cushioned zone in the center of the heel, and it's not as cushioned as with regular trainers (judge by the thickness of the sole). These are not minimalistic shoes either: the out sole is designed for traction and protection, not for barefoot-like sensations, so it is not as flexible as the sole on the Nike Free 3.0 or the Adidas AdiPure Gazelle. Finally, the upper is not protective in any way. It is designed for reduced weight and ventilation, so it's little more than a thin piece of cloth on top of your foot, which is should be more than enough if you're running on the track or a decent road.

Buy ASICS Men's Rush33 Running Shoe

Asics Rush33 brand are named after the 33 joints in the human foot, and meant to be their response to the "minimalist" running shoe trend. Unfortunately, no one at Asics appears to have any idea what that trend is about, nor how the foot works. The Rush33 are basically the same walking sneaker sold as "running shoes" as every other on the market. They're heavy with a thick heel, and thick padding all around that prevents the foot from breathing. Minimalist runners used to a forefoot strike followed by a spring from the calf and arch will miss that as the heel impedes the foot from flexing to absorb the strike, driving it instead into the rubber heel.

The worst in the shoes I ran in however is a design flaw. The seams along the sides on the inside of the shoe are sewn below a thick pad that sticks up from the sole. This leaves a gap between the sides and the pad that your foot can sink into depending on your stride, causing the pad and the side to pinch your foot. This obviously creates abrasion, ending in a blister pretty quickly.

I will say that if all you want to do is walk in these, they're probably a fine choice. They just have no place putting "Running shoe" in the product name.

I do HIIT so its a lot of moving on my feet and these are light and stay tight on my feet also, they don't slip around.

Timberland PRO Men's 65030 Direct Attach 6" Soft Toe Boot Reviews

Ive been buying these boots for about two years now, and the only reason I kept going back and purchasing them was for the fit/comfort. No break in period for these boots the fit great right out of the box. I work in road construction, and these boots do not hold up. They are good for about four months of hard work then they just start to fall apart. The steel toe wears through the leather, the stitches on the sides pop, and the soles wear out faster than cheap tires on a dragster. Ive probably spent at least 600 dollars over the past few years on these boots, and now Ive switched to a more expensive better warrantied boot. If you want a temporary boot that looks good and fits great these are for you, but for around fifty more dollars you can get yourself something that will last a lot longer.

BareBones did a great job in accommodating me. The first pair of shoes had a defect, which I discovered after wearing them. Returned them for an exchange. They even reimbursed me for return shipping. However, upon receipt of the second pair, discovered the same defect. They don't make the shoes so I blame Timberland for that, but Barebones could have more closely scrutinized the second pair.

In any case, overall, everyone I talked to was very professional and accommodating.

I have owned these shoes for about 6 months now and am absolutely pleased with the make and quality its a BMW of the shoes!

Great styling is why I bought the shoes for but it surprised me in other perfornamce avenues for e.g. its simply great in the snow. Its very light for its size and very comfortable to wear for long hours. It is water resistant like they claim.

Overall, expensive shoe but you get what you pay for, a great buy for those who need it or want it just for the styling.

By the way, I bought the shoes at Sears and it was a great experience, they even exchanged the shoe for a different size few days later without issues.

Review of Silipos Softzone Pure Gel Gel Metatarsal Pad #10465

I like to hike in Arizona and found that many times my metatarsal pads would take a beating, especially when doing a lot of hiking downhill. Uphill, not so bad. Downhill, the constant pounding on the feet was bad, to the point where one 15-mile hike left me with what I can only describe as internal tissue damage that eventually worked its way out about a month after the hike (along with external blisters). I had custom insets made by a foot doctor, used a variety of gel pads, combinations of socks, tape, mole skin, trekking poles, different hiking boots, and so on. Nothing eliminated the resulting agitated, sensitive metatarsal pads after each long hike.

Last month I tried these Silipos Pads on a tough 11-miler near Four Peaks and I finished the hike with no blisters or damage in the metatarsal area of either foot. So, I'm happy with this result and will continue to use these pads.

When my podiatrist diagnosed me with a bruised metatarsal he gave me a foam pad, that helped for about 2 weeks and then I needed a new one. At $5 each plus a doctors visit that was getting expensive. I walk 10,000 steps a day so I put some mileage on my metatarsal pad. This Gel pad doesn't break down and wear out like the foam ones do, and it is much more comfortable.

I bought these to help solve what I have self diagnosed as Morton's Neuroma. The numbing, burning, feeling between the 3rd and 4th toes while doing exercise or walking barefoot.

Positive: When i'm walking around normally, these seem to help in shoes, but not barefoot or slippers/sandals. They move around a lot, and unless your socks are very tight fitting, they will not stay in place.

Negative: I have a big foot. I'm size 12 mens and the motion of walking makes the pad move around from behind the metatarsals, onto the ball of my foot. Because my foot is on the large size, ANY movement of the pad moves it into an incorrect position. I think this pad may work better for someone with smaller feet.

EXERCISE: I bought these for running and riding my bike. They have not been helpful for either. They move around a lot during any activity more than a below sweat walk and become bunched up under my toes or slide to the ball of my foot where it does nothing for Morton's Neuroma and just feels like a bunched up sock. I could make it effective if I stopped every 1/2 mile to adjust it.

They are made of rubber and if you sweat at all on your feet, it moves around all over the place and becomes a nuisance.

If you are buying this for athletic purposes, i would buy something that stays in place a little better.

Just for around the house/office, the should be ok

I was tired of buying metatarsal pads that just slipped out of position and bunched up at one side or the other of my shoe, but I was concerned about the toe loop on this model. I was worried that it would be flimsy or uncomfortable.

Well, the toe loop appears to be sturdy, and, after the first ten minutes, I stopped noticing it altogether. Best of all I was able to spend several hours walking on concrete without pain. The pad stayed in place with no slippage or pulling at all.

My only complaint is that it appears you can only buy this item in pairs. I only need the pad for my right foot so I'm wasting money and adding to the landfills by having to buy a left pad to get a right pad. If it weren't for that, I'd give this item all five stars.

My son wears orthotics and we have a hard time finding a shoe for little boys that actually offers some support and isn't a fashion shoe. These shoes are great! They are cute enough, offer great support, and have held up to my very rough 4 year old. He never complains about his feet hurting. The only thing I don't like, and I didn't reduce the rating for this, is the laces don't stay tied very well. They are round and seem to come lose often.

These shoes are twenty five dollars more in the store than on Amazon, so you are getting a great shoe for an excellent price.

We received these shoes on a friday, by monday morning the tread pieces on the bottom of one shoe was coming off.

Exchanged them for a different style of New Balance that we had good luck with before. It was probably just a fluke, but it was still disappointing.

I have trouble finding a shoe that accomodates my molded orthotics because so many now have built in arches in the sole of the shoe. After removing the inner sole, and adding my orthotics, the shoe is perfect. It gives great support, has just the right cushioning, breathes well, and looks great too. I bought a second pair to have one for working out and the other for everyday (which I use without my orthotics). I highly recommend this shoe for walking too.
