I found them a little smaller than expected. They werent uncomfortable at all though. If I had to buy the again you say? I would! Just one size larger.the shoes is not bad in all, but, it is not very fit to the size. I do feel tight.

Discount Saucony Men's Grid Cohesion 3 Running Shoe
I found these shoes at my local shoe store about a year ago and I have been wearing them every since. I currently own 6 pairs and wear a different pair for work, recreation, and running. For the price, they are a very good running shoe. They take milage well, wear well, and are comfortable from mile 1 to mile 8. I have bought $100 shoes before and they didn't hold up nearly as well as these do. And for the price, you can't beat it. I would highly recommend these shoes to anyone.
Plus, last year they improved them! A better sole and more padding has made them even better and a great value for $39.99.
I run about 55 miles a week and keep shoes for 500 miles, rotating between 3 pairs keeps me blister & strain free.
Highly recommend them for mid to long distance runs, even in hot weather.

Saucony shoes are always so comfortable when I try them on. I always try the more popular brands, thinking that I'm missing something. But I actually know now that other people are missing out when they buy their flimsy rock hard "fashion" running shoes. Saucony's are always nicely padded, feel natural, and last a long time. Their insoles are great, better than the gel or orthotic ones you can buy separately, and don't flatten with age. Highly recommended. Usually I only stick with Adidas, but I did try these on at a sports shop. Later saw them online for a cheap amount & pulled the trigger. These Equation 5 Asics are comfy and support really well when walking around. It's my "chillin" shoe. These are very nice boots, and are great during the winter months that I've been wearing them. They keep my feet dry and warm, and they support my ankles really well. It took a little while to break them in, but now that I've worn them several times, they are more comfortable than when I first wore them. I like these alot, and hope to maybe purchase some more Eastland boots in the near future.

I ordered these boots after returning another style of Eastland boots due to their fit and nasty color. The Butternut in the dark brown leather fit perfectly! They have a nice sole for winter walks that gives some traction, I originally thought the red laces would be a bit flashy but they look trendy and great with jeans. The company did include a pair of regular brown laces, just in case....The area around the ankle is padded for comfort. There is no arch support but it doesn't seem to bother me. When the shoes arrived, I tried them on and they felt terrific. I wore them the entire day with no problems. I would definitely recommend these for their comfort, style and durability! I was very excited to receive these boots and was very quickly disappointed. I tried on the boot, it fit perfectly. I went to tie it and the top two brads of the lacing popped straight off! I was extremely shocked and wondered if I had somehow pulled too hard to make them do that, so I tried on the other shoe being careful to not pull hard and the same thing happened. I was extremely disappointed. If it would have only happened to one boot, I would have reconsidered getting a new pair and just thought it happened by some manufacturing default, but it happened to the both. I would not recommend purchasing these boots. You can take the risk if you want, but my guess is the same thing will happen to you in due time.

When I looked at the slits, I can see the top is basically made of paper-thinned plastic, it breaks down from the folding and unfolding motion, nothing to do with the weather or road condition.
All the weight of the shoe stays at the sole, it cannot produce anything close to a barefoot feeling. It has a huge toe box, which could be a plus in some situations.

I bought a pair of Vivobarefoot Evo this summer, put them under light normal use for about 4, 5 weeks, yet the nylon top by the 1st ball of foot started to crack on the left shoe first then on the right shoe, and the slits extended very quickly. I run 25-30 miles a week and have been wearing Saucony Progrid Omni's for nearly 4 years. I have been through several pairs of the 7, 8, and 9 series and replace them every 400 miles. Typically when I purchase a new pair, I slip them on for my first run and I feel like I'm running on a cloud! After breaking down my shoes for 400 miles, a new pair offers the cushioning and support that I love about this line. I purchased the 10's (I always buy the older model when a new model comes out they're cheaper!) when the price dropped and expected the same feel, or at least something very similar, as the shoes I've been wearing for so long. I was very disappointed. There is virtually no cushioning or arch support in this shoe. They feel a lot lighter than the older models, but I only care about lighter in a racing flat. I need a shoe that is soft AND supportive, and the Omni 10 is neither. I'm returning them today and going back to the Omni 9.

Previously I've used the Saucony Omni 8 and that was a great running shoe. This one is just as comfortable with a little more cushioning around the ankle. It's a very supportive shoe and fits orthodics without any difficulty. Having been told I'd never be able to run due to hip problems, these shoes have proven to be very supportive and comfortable when running. I have had three pairs of Omnis over the last couple of years. I like the shoe for its support and comfort -it has definitely helped with my stress fractures. With that said, every pair I have owned has suffered from the same problem. The uppers, though very breathable, wear way too easily for the price I pay. My toe starts sticking out of the mesh within two months. I always purchase saucony running sneakers. I did not try these on but based on the reviews bought these sneakers. they are not as comfortable and I feel they are clunky. I have ran in Saucony for 2 years now and will not switch to another brand but these shoes are really stiff and not like the others I have worn. Disappointing! My mom also purchased these and she only runs in Saucony as well and she has the same issues with hers.

I bought these to try to get back into running. Unfortunately, I must have forgot why I quit running 18 years ago, and knee pain reminded me I'd best stick to climbing and mountain biking. This was an OK product. Anything I can find that saves the jarring on my knees is great. It lived up to what it claimed, but it is a heavy shoe so if you are looking for something light, this would not be it. Review of Saucony Men's Peregrine 3 Running Shoe
This is my 4th pair of Saucony shoes but 1st pair of their Trial Shoes. I run on the street in the Saucony Kinvara 3. While these Peregrine 3's are not quite as light as the Kinvara's, the tread is more durable which accounts for the weight. By No means are these heavy. In fact they are the lightest trail shoes I have ever had on my feet. It's a Minimalist shoe but does not feel like one. I would say I only feel 1 out of every 30 or so rocks on the trial and those I feel look very sharp yet feel dull to my feet. The tread is Awesome when running up hill and down hill in muddy conditions. It does not cake up too much & weigh your feet down yet I always feel like I have sure footing and traction on rocks, mud, dirt and wet surfaces. I have wider feet so I ordered ½ size up but I could have easily gone with my normal size because I now lace them up tighter. The other great thing is that I have not had any pebbles or anything inside the show while running. I ordered these after reviewing the Peregrine 2's for Mudder style obstacle races. Time will tell if these shoes break down. I'm a shoe abuser @ 200lbs. The Kinvara 3's last me about 250miles before the tread wore too thin. The ordering & Shipping was great too!

A bit too roomy I had to exchange a 10.5 for a 10 and wear this socks. The best attribute is that they are very light. They are firm not overly flexible. The tread is firm as well, and can sound like you are in cleats on a hard surface. I was looking for something with a little more cushion for longer/ultra distance runs (50m+) than the Kinvara TR2. They offer a really plush and stable ride with amazing grip. I really like that a shoe of this style is available in a minimal 4mm drop. However, I did notice them to be a touch on the large size for me. These shoes have great cushion and traction but the new overlays DO NOT hold your foot securely in place. I got blisters on both feet on the inside by the first metatarsal and my foot would move in the shoe when making tight turns.

Buy Merrell Men's Barefoot Run Trail Glove
I've gone through 2 pairs now, primarily because I can't find another barefoot style shoe to fit my size 15 wide foot. They have a nice wide toe box and good ground feel, but have very poor traction on wet trails. The sole wears out fast, particularly for supinators like me. IT is thickest in all the wrong places. The mesh upper has developed holes where the toe rand ends on the outside of the midfoot.

The most comforatable climbing shoe I've used.
I use to go to the rock gyms and rent a pair of shoes 'cause I was too lazy to buy some. These shoes attacted me cause they were cheap and comfy. That's what I got. They work great too. I think the smear isn't as good as it could be, but I climb on sandstone that crumbles under my shoes, so it could be that too.
Either way, it's still a good shoe for the price. Also, no more foot cramps from tight shoes.
My only negative critique is that I have outworn the exterior soles. I looked at getting them resoled and the cost was not reasonable to buying a new pair....so I am buying a new pair. My only general critique with all boot makers is that I wish to see a better pair of arch supports or provide a discount voucher for arch supports when you a $200+ pairs of boots.
The last time that I have been so satisfied with a boot and that I bought new back-to-back pairs was the Merrell Chameleon (all-leather full ankle) backpacking boot. For those of you that know that model, it was a very long time ago since that boot was made.
I am just starting to see wear on where I pull the shoelaces around the ankle. This boot has upheld to the daily abuse that I do to it. It has been a great boot and I recommend it to everyone. This is the best boot I have used in many years.

I bought this boot about June 2009. They fit nice and tight right out of the store. After my usual unorthodox break-in period (I wear them around town un-laced as an urban shoe), they sat well on my feet. Everyday when I put on my boots (I work for a natural resource agency), it feels like a brand new pair of boots. The cushion has stayed firm. The interior and exterior have held together well. The stitching has been outstanding. The leather has not worn thin (maybe because I actually take care of my boots). As I get older and start comparing other boots that I have considered buying, I really appreciate the low shoe box and the almost lace-to-toe design. For those of you that wear leather firefighting boots, lace-to-toe gives a significant amount of freedom and comfort around the top of your foot across the big toe bone opposite of the ball of your foot (hey, I am not a doctor and don't know all of the appropriate terms).My only negative critique is that I have outworn the exterior soles. I purchased this boot three years ago and would recomend it to friends and family. I'm extremely hard on boots and usually only get one to two years out of them. While this boot is showing wear, it still functions good. Two negative items. I have pretty narrow feet/ankles so the laces were maxed out after the break-in period. The Vibran soles wore out before the boot. But as I stated previously, I usually get 1-2 years of use so I'm not complaining.

Best Salomon Men's Speedcross 3 127612 Trail Running Shoe Deals
Since I bought these shoes 5 months ago I have worn them to: Off road obsticle races (ie. Tough Mudder, Warrior Dash), 7 day hike with a 45 lb backpack through the Appalachian Trail, Golf, Play softball, Wade in rocky water, Horseback ride, roofing jobs, build a front porch, canoe, weed whack, garden, mow the lawn, run a chainsaw,roto till, climb numerous trees, kick a rooster, stomp out a couple of campfires gone wild and plenty of other everyday stuff such as drinking beer and eating chicken wings. These shoes can not be killed. They still look great and clean up good as new after every activity. I am a larger frame guy weighing around 240 lbs and have never had discomfort wearing these beasts. They have a mind of their own and when you put them on you can't help but look for the next fun adventure. I will never go back to another brand after owning a pair of Salomons.
The materials used were perfect for releasing water and drying relatively quickly. I actually removed my socks part way into the mudder course as they were only hindering the benefits of the shoes. These things are light yet rugged and show no signs of seam or sole failure after all the abuse.
From the basic traction on trails and through streams to the obvious amount of mud to negotiate and the hill climbing of the mudder (this one was at Mt Snow, VT), I would highly recommend these shoes for trail running confidence or helping to complete any of the obstacle-type, running challenges!

I've been using hiking boots for competitive action shooting sports and they were so heavy and clunky. These things are super light and really grippy. Even on wet wood, you still have traction. I specifically purchased these shoes for Tough Mudder New England 2013 and they performed exactly how I was hoping. The lug shape, size, and number were perfect for all the trail running during the 4 months of training and for the event itself. They would disperse the mud and not fill as other shoes with a tighter tread pattern would. This shoe did great in my first run. It got plenty of grip, felt good, however when running downhill my toes kept jamming up at the front of the shoe. I was told to get some shoe glue and put on the bottom of the insole,I hope that works. Overall, a really good shoe. very comfortable for long races, it has no internal seams that can hurt, very resistant to water, and the best is the grip, I've been running for 30miles with them in situations of too much mud and still has a super grip.
