My son loves the shoes and they are very stylish. Only problem is my son has wide feet and these shoes are a little tight on the strap, but after a few wears they stretched out. Buy Nike Air Max+ 2011
I had worn these sneakers for about a week, and one day when I went to tie them the lace ripped right through the eyelet. I ended up going to Foot Locker, because I thought I could just exchange it there, apparently this was last years style. I paid more than what I should have. Foot Locker was gracious though, it was in their system, so they allowed me to get the newer model as an exchange.
The last ones I had (which are on my feet now, nearly 10mo later) just lasted and lasted. My shoes normally go flat on the inside. These shoes hurt my feet after just a couple of weeks. These just are NOT the same.
Combine that with slow shipping and the fact that I saved 50.00 off the original pair doesn't seem so great.

Cheap Deer Stags Mens Fudd Slipper
I have always liked Deer Stags, but this pair was disappointing. The insole is thick, but provides no cushioning. The outside leather is very stiff. I had to return them. If you can endure those two characteristics, however, they seem to be well made. Just not soft and comfortable as slippers should be.

Wish I could find a regular or exercise shoe with an insole like these. A little stiff at first, after about a week they are doing nicely.
ASICS Women's Gel-Pace Walker Walking Shoe Reviews
I have purchased asics shoes in the past and loved them!! I found these online, and thought I would give them a try. I started training for my 3rd 1/2 marathon in May, and am training in these shoes. I have always wore an 8 1/2 , so purchased that size. I ended up needing a 1/2 size bigger. I will definitely purchase these shoes in the future!! They are so comfortable!!
I purchased a Saucony walking shoe last month but it's leather and presses right under the bone below the big toe of my left foot. Because these had so much mesh, I thought it would work better for me. I bought these in my regular 7.5M size, given the reviews of other ASICS athletic shoes but they don't feel wide enough. I used them this afternoon to walk my dog and by the end of a short 25 minute walk, I had red spots on both sides of my feet. Since our walks normally average 45 minutes, I can only use these for occasions where I will be walking very short distances or I know I will develop blisters. Hopefully with all the mesh, the shoe will eventually stretch out and they'll be more comfortable to use.
I'm giving it 3 stars, more for the appearance than for their utility as walking shoes.
After Disneyland:
These shoes are less supportive than my other walking shoes, which is fine most of the time since I walk almost exclusively on level ground. On the inclined paved areas of Disneyland, I felt the my foot moving in the shoe more than I would prefer. I wore them 1 of the 4 days and did not have this problem on the other 3 days when I wore my New Balance 760 walking or Merrell CTR Cruise shoes.
I also bought a pair of these shoes for my daughter who wore them on 2 days of the Disneyland trip. She got a small blister (not too annoying) on the underside of the middle toes on both feet, so obviously these shoes don't fit her as well as they do me. She is usually very easy to fit in all shoes so I was surprised, and a little disappointed.

I bought this in the chocolate/champagne color although the champagne trim looks more like silver. Because I wear walking shoes most of the time, I look for different colors and styles to match my clothes. This shoe (penguin/silver/coral) caught my eye because it would look great with an outfit I'd planned on wearing to Disneyland. I ordered my usual street shoe size of 7M because my feet are shallow/bony and I prefer to wear thin cotton socks. They felt great from the first time I put them on and it's obvious they'll need no breaking in. There's room for my over-the-counter arch supports and the bunion on my larger foot is comfortably accommodated by the mesh fabric. The coral color seems more like a soft orange (to me). Mizuno Unisex Wave Musha 3 Running Shoe Reviews
These shoes are designed for one of two specific purposes:
1) Minimalist running (these shoes are light and have virtually no support)
2) Road racing or speed training (yay!)
I'm training for 5Ks right now, but am a 1600 3200m runner. I still do a lot of speed workouts, and these shoes offer much more support than spikes without adding much weight at all. I'm not really into minimalist running I do a lot of my runs on rough trails or pavement, and I can't risk being injured just to run in shoes that weigh a bit less.
But let me tell you, after running in my mega-cushioned asics or trail shoes for a few days, strapping these on and going to the track makes me feel like i can FLY.
They also look awesome. The glittery laces were a bit much at first, but I've grown to dig em. They're sweet to look at when you run...although I don't recommend looking at your feet for too long :)
I have a pretty standard foot. Not wide or narrow. I run with neutral/normal pronation and have a moderate foot arch. When I wear these shoes, I mainly mid-foot strike, but they feel great with forefoot strikes too if you are so inclined. I wear a size 12 in Asics, a size 12 in NB, a size 11 in adidas, and an 11.5 in these fit perfect. Like a wonderful wonderful protective sock!
As a last note someone mentioned their feet hurting after walking around in these. Duh. They have absolutely no cushioning, although they do mold to your foot after about 20-25 miles. I bought these at my local running store, and no shoe was lighter although some shoes were very comparable (Mizunos just fit my foot perfectly). If you want a shoe to stand around in, or for walking, BUY WALKING SHOES or some crocs. Crocs are neat. Wouldn't recommend them for speed workouts though...
Soon enough you'll get over the giltery shoe laces.

I ended up returning this and going with the Ronin 2's, which are the non-supportive sister of this shoe. I normally have lower arches but it turns out that minimalist shoes WITHOUT support are better for folks with slightly lower arches. For years I ran with Mizuno Nirvana 4's. Ofcourse that is a very different shoe for carious reasons. However, it opened my eyes to the superior quality that you will find with Mizuno. The shoes on topic are very light....heavy sock! To my surprise, the arch support was surprisingly good. I find that shoes of this type are pretty spartan and your feet pay the price. I have noticed some tightness in my calf muscles since I started using these. I think its because there is far less cushioning than my previous kicks! Ill just get used to them. Let me start by saying that as a family of people with wide feet, we have had our fair share of New Balance shoes. We will still continue to buy the adult lines, but these 759's were horrible. I have a hard time finding shoes to fit my son xxl wide foot and NB has always been a great choice for my wide foot. This one after only a month of wearing the shoe 2-3 times a week to school the seams around the toes are pulling apart. This has been an on going problem with NB in my experience. I have worn NB for many years with no problems they just need to pay more attention to their kids line.

This is the first pair of this brand of shoe I have ever owned. I was amazed and happy with how comfortable they are. I walk about 6 miles twice a week and they feel great, no pain or discomfort of any kind anywhere. They run true to size and are an average width. I used to be a marathon runner so I ran a couple of miles in them to see how they felt. The heel felt very supportive but the toe area seemed to hit a little hard, I am flat footed so this may be related to my foot. I run often, trails and roads. I don't find this shoe to be very durable, you will slip on slate or wet smooth surfaces. If you live in, say Upstate New York, and you are running the trails in the Catskills, this shoe is not for you. You will slip and slide on smooth surfaces. As for trail grip on rocky terrain like here in the hill country of Texas, it's pretty good. I would prefer a smoother heel to toe transition, it is a very stiff shoe. I found it most useful in training and sprinting outdoors but rather than that, I wouldn't use this shoe for trail runs. I would just stick to your carbon outsoles with a nice EVA cushioning. If you have foot problems, your best bet is to buy some orthotic liners or gel inserts.I wouldn't recommend this shoe to just anyone.

He liked the feel that the shoe gave him with the ball however he prefers a little more protection on the toe box. At 9 years old it tends to get stomped on once in a while. He has changed to the Nike Hypervenoms stepped away from Adidas for the first time since he started playing. He said they are softer around the toe and a little more padding around the heel. He has also moved into a defensive midfield position this fall. As a parent I recommend the f10's over the f5's due to the construction and sole. It is my preference to have him in a better quality shoe than some low end models. He needs to be comfortable if he's runing for 60 minutes, these definitely did that. Id recommend them if your child wants a well constructed shoe designed for speed. they have other styles for other types of play.

If you find Vibram five fingers uncomfortable, then this may be the shoe for you. I like the split between big toe and the rest of the toes, because it increases side-to-side stability, kind of like the big-toe loop on Chaco sandals. I find this a more attractive option than five individual fingers. The shoe is also super light. If there's anything about it that I worry about, it's the way the neoprene (or whatever the uppers are made of) folds over the bottom of the shoe. I worry that it will rub against the ground too much and fray. I've run a handful of miles in them without any visible wear, though. So far so good!

Having worn a previous Magnum model constantly for about 6 years (!) until the uppers started looking a little tired, I decided it was time to upgrade.
I'm not too excited about the overall look, but I don't care. My arches are fairly poor, so the comfort and support of these boots is just what I need.
I decided to try the side zipper model this time, and I think I like it. It jams a little, but I think that's just me rushing. They're still faster to do on and off than via the laces. Since I can use the zipper, I've been leaving the laces a little tighter than I used to wear them, but they're still comfortable.
Did buy again -will buy again.

For work and play these are the most comfortable, sturdiest boots I have ever owned. These are my second pair as the first ones started to wear after 6 years of heavy duty use. These were an upgrade to the next level and were still cheaper than the original pair.

These shoes are amazing. I've had them for about six weeks now. I can feel my feet and ankles getting stronger as I learn to walk the 'right' way. I would recommend getting the stuff-its, as the shoes do get kinda stinky after a while. I don't consider myself to have excessively sweaty or smelly feet, but after several weeks of wearing these babies without socks in the CA summer heat, phew, they're ripe. I just use the shoes for walking at this point, but when I'm in better shape, I'm really looking forward to a run in them. Also, I ordered the 37 (size 7 US) and they fit, but were a little snug. I ended up taking out the insert and the shoe did fit better and I could feel the ground even more, which I loved. However, I ordered another pair in the 38 (size 8 US) and they are a bit more comfortable. If you are a women's size 7 and your foot is wide at the toe, narrow at the heel, like mine, then I'd recommend going up to the 38.
For wet weather, they were waterproof at first but I guess the stuff has worn off or something. The backs are very low also so water gets in through the heel and through the laces. They keep your feet dry and warm, unless you're walking in heavy rain or deep puddles.
My only complaint is that the inner lining slipped around and eventually became bunched up at the front of the shoe, so I just took it out. Now the shoe is less insulating, but basically feels the same. I can feel how cold the ground is without the lining, so actually it adds to the "barefoot" feel :)

Even though I got a size too big (sizing is a little confusing), I really like these shoes. They are total barefoot style, with just a little pressure around the top of the foot where the laces are. They're cute and very flexible. My toes are totally free to spread out as I walk, the bottom of the shoe is completely flat and there's plenty of width, I usually slip them on and off without untying them. This shoe is very comfortable but the size does runner smaller. I normally wear a size 5.5 and ordered a size 6. My toe just touches the end of the shoe when I stand upright. The shoe seems to be half a size smaller but it is all still fine to wear.The shoe has a very low sole and no arch support. Feels very flat footed but still very comfortable to wear.

This was my first minimalist running shoe. I love it and it has transformed the way I run. I enjoy running much more with these shoes. I am sure they are not for everyone, but for me, the exceptional ground feel I get with this shoe is important to helping me maintain good form and pace. My only complaint is that they are a bit snug. I ordered the 39 because I usually wear an 8 1/2 in ladies US sizing. However, mine are too tight to wear for longer distances and the toe box is a bit narrow. I think if I get another pair of these I will try the men's size (hopefully they run a little wider).
