This is a gorgeous, stylish shoe. Typical Ecco quality and value for the price. The yak leather is supple and beautiful. The shoe fits like a ballet slipper (I assume, never having actually worn one)...your feet feel in close contact with the ground. I think younger guys would really like it. For a middle-aged man like me, though, it lacks lateral support and I think it would be tiring to wear for long periods.

Puma Cell Tolero 3 Sneaker (Little Kid/Big Kid) Review
After several attempts to get the right size for my 8-year-old daughter, we finally found the one size that fits her perfectly. It took us couple of weeks but we manage to be patient and end with buying what we want. These shoes run smaller in size since my daughter usually wears 13,5 so we ended up buying her 1,5!!! But she is loving it!!! Wears them all the time. Will buy more of this brand because of the quality and look that they have. The Amazon.com staff were absolutely great in helping me with the returns but after couple of weeks we got what we wanted. It was worth it!!!

In comparison to the Powerband 3.0:
Adidas Tour 360 ($180 Similar but slightly heaver, and I don't think they look as good.
Adidas Adipure ($250 Very very heavy (all leather), always look dirty, difficult to clean (I have white)
Foot Joy Contours ($90) Really high off the ground, make my feet sore on the bottom, look goofy.
Ecco Street Premier ($140) Zero stability, too wide, no support, probably wore them 3 or 4 times total, now i just wear them when I mow the lawn, also look goofy in black.
Cleaning the Powerband 3.0:
I put all 4 pairs in the washing machine for 2 hours with bleach and detergent. These come out brand new every time. I bet my oldest pair has been through the wash 8 times.
Sizing:
I think that they run true to size. I usually get wide but I have a pair of medium that I am able to wear without a problem.
My Review:
The Powerband 3.0 are by far more comfortable and better looking than any other pair of shoes I own. I do not believe that there is any down side to these shoes. I will purchase these as long as Adidas offers them with the same quality and comfort.

I was a little apprehensive about the comfort level of this shoe before buying it because I've always worn FootJoy's (and they've always been comfortable). However, after playing 5 rounds, not only have they proven to be comfortable, but I feel they are actually more functional toward my Golf swing. I tend to sway in my golf swing, but these shoes help me keep a better balance during my swing. I will usually let the weight shift from the inside of my right foot to the right side of my right foot during my backswing, but these shoes definitely help keep me in place.GREAT SHOE!!

I am a nurse and my favorite tennis shoes to wear to work have been pumas! I was on the hunt for a white shoe without any mesh on the top; these fit the bill! They are very comfortable and quite "breathable" for a leather shoe! I can wear these 12 or more hours and not be in pain at the end of a busy work day! They wipe off quite nicely if soiled. I highly recommend these tennis shoes! However, they are labeled as a "running shoe"... as a runner, I do not think I would choose these as they are somewhat stiff for a running shoe. Overall, a great buy at a great price!

These shoes are great! I have wide, flat feet with low arches and I was experiencing foot pain when walking or running. These shoes fit me perfectly and give my feet great support. After 2 months I gave up running with these shoes. I bought these in 12ee vs 12M with the addiction 7. This was to accommodate for the narrower fit. It's still too narrow and cuts into the side of my foot, the reduced heal and arch support is giving me hamstring issues. I've gone back to my older Addiction 7's until I can get an expert fitting at my local running store. If you loved the Addiction 7's you may not like the 8's as much.

Having run on them for a month now, I can say the lesser support hasn't caused any problems, but I miss the snugger fit at the arch that I had with my addiction 7's. This issue could be related to the slightly wider shoe size I went with. I went wider to compensate for the smaller toe box. I might need to go to the running shop and get professionally fitted again, it's possible I went to wide.

I bought these shoes on reccommendation of my Podiatrist no wonder he makes the big bucks because he was right! I was having problems with plantar facisitis (or whatever) and also pain on the back/side of my knee. After I got these the pain was gone after wearing them for a day or two. Cheap La Sportiva Women's Quantum Trail Running Shoe
These shoes are the most wonderful fit I have found in a trail runner they wrap your foot as if they were actually "wrapped" great arch support and wonderfully soft. The problem is, the softness comes from a "bubbly" rubber over foam on the sole which wore through about three weeks after purchasing the shoes.
Have now worn them for almost nine months and am resorting to Shoe Goo to keep themm going. Have written twice to La Sportiva no answer. Guess La Sportiva is off my buying list. At $115 a copy, I definitely would not recommend these shoes.

After doing my first 50k trail run on a minimalist type shoe, I knew I was going to need more cushion going into my second. After all my research from various trail reviews, I decided to try the Quantum. They are very snug/narrow shoes that provide good support and the plushest ride ever! They are not so cushy that you lose the feel of the trail, but just right :). I had to upsize almost a size and half as I feel they run small. This may be due to the narrowness of the shoe especially in the toe box. I had to get creative with the lacing, and even then, I believe I could have sized up another half size. I have put them through about 50 miles so far. They are rather slippery in the mud but hold the ground well on dry rock. They flex well and hold your heel in well. Best Skechers Men's Resistor Sneaker Deals
I had ACL surgery a few years back and was leary to try the Skechers Resistor Running Shoes. After running with them for a few weeks, I find that I have no knee soreness after running and my legs feel like great. I am back to running four miles daily. They are very comfortable, the cushioning is exceptional. I have used them for running both on a treadmill and outdoors and found them to be very comfortable and well made. I decided to order another pair (through Amazon), that is how well they are working for me. These shoes and excellent value and very effective in delivering as promised.

When I first put them on, they felt great. Very comfortable. But after wearing them for a while, they seem to "go flat". The spongy material just seems to give way completely with little to no pressure. They fit nice, and the sponginess seems to return after I quit wearing them for a while, but goes away quickly. The most comfortable feeling shoe you will EVER wear! This shoe will protect your feet on any surface! I have nerve problems in my feet (due to so many yrs of running and workouts) and this is the only shoe I can find that protects my feet so well. On the advice of his brother, my husband wanted to try these shoes for his gym workouts. Now he doesn't want to take them off! My husband has a spinal injury, and is in constant pain. He said these shoes really relieve the jarring pain of walking. A great product!
Unfortunately, after about 3 months, I developed rather excruciating heel pain, which progressed rather steadily over the next few weeks. I discovered I had acute retrocalcaneal bursitis, which (according to the doctor) develops in some who wear these shoes because of the instability and the unique walking motion.
Sadly, I have had to stop wearing the sketchers. I made one change and to see if my problem resolved (because I didn't believe that it was the shoes!). After I changed work shoes again, my heel pain went away. I do agree that initially, they made my feet feel great over the work shift, but the heel pain eventually hobbled me. These just aren't for everyone. The irregular gait they create can really irritate certain feet!
I know a lot of people have been into the flatter shoes, thinking they are more natural: but here's the thing walking on man-made concrete and tile floors is not natural! Barefoot-like shoes may work well on natural surfaces like grass and dirt, but not artificial flooring. I love the Shape-ups for the added cushion so my foot doesn't ache from being pounded onto the hard, artificial flooring all day. I have noticed that after about 6 weeks of wearing them, I feel that my feet are starting to hurt a little more like they are wearing down (but then again, every shoe will wear out). Overall, these shoes are pretty good if you work on hard, flat flooring. I wouldn't wear them for much else they seem to unstable for hiking or running or something.
Oh yeah... and they are ugly :( I'm not really a fan of most Sketcher's designs, anyway and these just get worse with the clonky ugly heel. For work, however, they feel much better on my feet than more attractive shoes I have worn.

I purchased Skechers Shape Ups to help with a recent knee injury. Because of the comfortableness I have since purchased two more pairs. These are the most comfortable shoes I've worn to date and, at 57 years old, I've worn a lot of shoes. They're a bit hard to adjust to at first but after an hour or two you truly feel as if you're walking on firm sand. I workout on a regular basis so I can't gauge the toning aspect but can tell you that my rock climbing has improved as has my balance. I'm using these shoes for ZUMBA (I'm an instructor and teach 3-4 times a week). I was pretty much in love right away, but disappointed that a rubber piece came loose on the bottom after only like 3 hours of use. I decided to glue it rather than return them. I thought it was surprising for such an expensive shoe, but ever since I fixed it I haven't had any problem. I'm able to twist and turn like I need to for ZUMBA but it also give my feet and my knees a nice cushion. I am a Zumba fitness instructor and love Reebok Zigs. They are great shoes. They have wonderful shock absorbtion, arch support and along with being very comfortable have some cool styling . My knees were bothering me before my first pair of Zigs. These are my third pair and I would not wear any other shoes at this point. I wore these for the first time today, ran on the treadmill for 33 minutes and it was as delightful as running on a treadmill for 33 minutes can be! Very comfortable fit, true to size (fits my wide sami-flat feet nicely), cushy, no joint pain at all today...just a super comfortable shoe! And they don't look as goofy on as I thought they might :)

I am a 28 yo with a history of knee injuries, over-pronator, and I love to run. I have not run outside for a few years, because I fear more injuries. I have decided to try again, but for this I needed a really solid, supportive, shock absorbing shoe, because I won't risk more months of physical therapy. This is the very best I found! I have compared it with the Saucony Stabil CS2 (too flexible, too light, did not seem shock absorbent enough, also too wide in the toe box) and the Brooks Addiction 10, which is a solid shoe, but just wasn't as comfortable as the Aetrex. It does run a bit big (I am normally a size 6 in running shoes, and got this one in a size 5, to fit perfectly). The shoe is very comfortable, and my knees feel great after a long run outside. Running in these shoes makes me feel invincible!
Now at 40yrs old, I started working out again after recovering from health issues and regardless if I use these for an aerobics class, jog / run in these, I find that they slide in the heel too much. Granted they have PLENTY of toe box space the most I've EVER had...I can spread my toes out like a hand easily in there. Now I'm that ready to really start running consistently, I am desperately trying to find the 'right' shoe for me.
Years ago, I wore New Balance then discovered Saucony Omni shoes and stuck to that model for about 10yrs. (each version changes a smidge)...
Although I think I could wear these in a size 8wide vs 8xw, I don't believe that it will address the way the heel fits. Since there is no way to adjust the heel (vs the front portion of your foot) I'd say this particular model is best for those with thicker / wider HEELS. If you'd like to consider aesthetics as part of your options, this is in no way an 'attractive' shoe. It's wide, bulky and very orthopedic looking.
In closing although I asked for a running / jogging shoe, I think I was sold what she could fit me into as these are an EXTREMELY heavy and VERY wide shoe in comparison to Saucony and New Balance brands. If anyone has suggestions, I'm all ears!!

I used to include jogging in my workouts for years but when I reached my mid 30s, I had issues with not only my knees having sharp pains but more shin splints and soon after, aching in my heels and arches. I went to 2 different shoe speciality places and both are saying different things and recommend different shoes. One recommends Saucony for me and the other Aetrex. My last purchase, I thought I'd give the Aetrex X532 a try. I was told that I'm a size 8XW in shoe size however I was concerned that from the start, these shoes were way too 'loose'. The shoe specialist insisted that I had to get used to them because I was simply wearing the 'wrong' size and shoe for so long that I had to adjust to what my feet needed. Although the shoe is made well it seemed to run very large. I had to return this item for that reason. Also not the best deal as far as the price goes. Got another pair that fit better from the same manufacturer for almost half the price on Amazon. These running shoes gives you the most support. They are heavy, but I love the support. I have tried other brands, but aetrex is the best.
