Love these shoes I had some arthritis in my left foot and wearing these shoes almost eliminated the pain I had experienced with other shoes.i was used to an 9 wide but when they stopped making them in this shoe i began using a size 9-1/2 M. It fits perfectly for my foot. I love these shoes and wear them every day.

Buy Brooks Women's Adrenaline Gts 11 Running Shoe
This is my second pair of GTS Brooks running shoes. The first pair of GTS10's i loved except the problem that I have read about the tongue sliding to the side. This pair GTS11 has an extra loop on the tongue to keep it from sliding so they are really listening to the issues. I am older and overweight. I started walking, biking, jogging, and being generally all around more active in the spring. That is when I bought the first pair, because I work on my feet 11 hours a day (love retail) my feet always hurt and I struggled whith Plantar Fasc. I also had an injured achilles tendon, and trouble with shin splints. I put my feet in these shoes and they are the best I have ever worn. I buy new shoes every four months and have tried so many brands i can't even list them. This is the best shoe so far, no foot pain instead my feet feel better. I cannot wear them to work, but I where them everywhere else. I have been able to get out and exercise enough I have lost 55 lbs and I just keep going. FYI I have wide feet and higher arches so I wear 1/2 size bigger than normal but they feel Great!!!!!
Very light and soft and I was able to run 20km just like that!!!

I love these shoes! I have owned the past 5 generations of this shoe, and I really love the fit and ride. The improvements made to the GTS 11 have resulted in a more "organic" feelthe shoe felt broken in right out of the box, and they felt supple as they conformed to my feet. I also like the new lacing system better than the previous generationsthey fit my forefoot a bit snugger and therefore I don't need to constantly tighten the laces. I have been a big fan of Brooks Adrenaline GTS. I have bought five previous pairs of the GTS, starting back at GTS 7. I have always loved this shoe for my pronation. This current version, the GTS 11 with purple and turquoise seemed to wear out faster. I normally can go 6 months until I need to replace running shoes, and I am only an average runner about 12-15 miles total per week. These wore down within 3.5 months. I looked at the bottom and the word "Flextra" is inscribed into the rubber. I wonder if it is a new kind of rubber to make the shoe lighter and more flexible. Maybe it also causes the rubber to break down faster. I am a little disappointed for the first time with the Brooks Adrenaline shoe. I tried Brooks Ravenna next and the word "Flextra" is also inscribed on the bottom. These shoes have carried me through multiple marathons (not to mention, marathon training regimes) with no blisters or foot complaints. My feet are VERY flat so good for wide boats with or without orthodic inserts.

Discount Reebok Women's Reeshift DMX Ride Walking Shoe
I used to love the soft glove leather feel of Reeboks, but the last two pairs I bought have had the same problem -too narrow. Since Reebok no longer uses the soft glove leather in their shoes, the construction is much more rigid and will not fit comfortably on a foot with a high instep like mine. I suppose I could wear them without the laces, but that defeats the purpose of wearing a shoe that is supposed to fit comfortably and stay on. I don't do sloppy.
I buy a wide width because most shoes tend to be narrower (probably should begin buying men's shoes for the width and comfort)and the wide width isn't all that wide. Still narrow and confining, not at all comfortable. I will give them points for the nonslip bottom, but construction, width, and feel are definitely not worth the cost or breaking them in.
Note to Reebok: Not everyone has a narrow foot and some people have high arches and insteps that are not supported by your shoes. Time to go back to the drawing board and construct a shoe that real people can wear without cutting off a part of their pedal anatomy.

I have to agree with the post stating that the fit of the shoe is too narrow. I wear a medium width and ordered accordingly. I can wear them but there is no wiggle room and the fit is so tight that after a while, my feet feel numb. There is no way I can keep these. I used to buy Reeboks years ago, and remember the fit of this brand to be perfect, what happened? One suggestion, round out the toe area to add some room. Back to the drawing board!
Review of Silipos Softzone Pure Gel Gel Metatarsal Pad #10465
I like to hike in Arizona and found that many times my metatarsal pads would take a beating, especially when doing a lot of hiking downhill. Uphill, not so bad. Downhill, the constant pounding on the feet was bad, to the point where one 15-mile hike left me with what I can only describe as internal tissue damage that eventually worked its way out about a month after the hike (along with external blisters). I had custom insets made by a foot doctor, used a variety of gel pads, combinations of socks, tape, mole skin, trekking poles, different hiking boots, and so on. Nothing eliminated the resulting agitated, sensitive metatarsal pads after each long hike.
Last month I tried these Silipos Pads on a tough 11-miler near Four Peaks and I finished the hike with no blisters or damage in the metatarsal area of either foot. So, I'm happy with this result and will continue to use these pads.

Positive: When i'm walking around normally, these seem to help in shoes, but not barefoot or slippers/sandals. They move around a lot, and unless your socks are very tight fitting, they will not stay in place.
Negative: I have a big foot. I'm size 12 mens and the motion of walking makes the pad move around from behind the metatarsals, onto the ball of my foot. Because my foot is on the large size, ANY movement of the pad moves it into an incorrect position. I think this pad may work better for someone with smaller feet.
EXERCISE: I bought these for running and riding my bike. They have not been helpful for either. They move around a lot during any activity more than a below sweat walk and become bunched up under my toes or slide to the ball of my foot where it does nothing for Morton's Neuroma and just feels like a bunched up sock. I could make it effective if I stopped every 1/2 mile to adjust it.
They are made of rubber and if you sweat at all on your feet, it moves around all over the place and becomes a nuisance.
If you are buying this for athletic purposes, i would buy something that stays in place a little better.

When my podiatrist diagnosed me with a bruised metatarsal he gave me a foam pad, that helped for about 2 weeks and then I needed a new one. At $5 each plus a doctors visit that was getting expensive. I walk 10,000 steps a day so I put some mileage on my metatarsal pad. Cheap Nike Men's Shox Air Lunar NZ Running Shoe-Gray/Purple
Much more comfortable than standard Shox which are quite firm and unforgiving. The combination Lunar sole adds additional cushioning in forefoot, without sacrificing responsiveness. Mesh upper is slipper-style thus minimizing shoe weight while cradling foot. Upper has minimal padding in tongue area making it uncomfortable to lace very tightly for anyone with nerve sensitivity or those trying hard core training exercises. Good for mild running or basic cross-training. At sale price of $55 this is an exceptional deal. OK value at $90 but overpriced at $140. DEFINITELY sized small. Consider ordering 1/2 size larger unless you like a very tight shoe.
Unfortunately the waffle pattern black sole separated from the lunar sole on the forefoot of both shoes within less than 6 weeks of use. Nike's excellent return claim policy provided me with a full value replacement gift card, but still need to shop for new pair of training shoes. Would much prefer having the shoes last!

I bought Nike Shox about 2 years ago. They tend to be okay for walking, but for running its a whole new story. The soles tend to wear off on one side after a while. Once they a worn out, the soles make it hard to lift weights because it does not grasp on to the floor much (it has more of a sliding effect). I would recommend these shoes if you are a light exerciser.
New Balance Men's MX1010 Training Shoe Reviews
I was at first quite pleased with this shoe--it is an EE and has a lot of mesh both of which I need for foot comfort. However, today, one of the straps that runs up the side of the shoe and that serves as a lacing eyelet became detached. This a bit disappointing in a $120 shoe. I suspect that New Balance would be glad to replace it, but I'm going to weigh that against trying to fix it myself.

The N-lock design for holding the laces in place seems like a good idea for comfort and stability, but not if you are planning on working these shoes hard. In less than a month from purchase, two of the four N-lock straps have separated from the bottom of the shoe. These are worn every three days (in a rotation with two other NB shoes), inside only. Other than the shoes starting to fall apart, they are very comfortable in the weight room and for short jaunts on the track -just keep 'em off the court. Although we liked the look of this shoe and really wanted it to fit, it just didn't. We ordered the size that my daughter normally wears and the shoe was just too bulky. Love the shoes. This is my third pair and I have to say, this is my favorite yet!! Sturdy for trail running yet very light and easy on the feet. I wear professional orthotics inside the shoe and this, combined with the quality of the shoe makes my feet very happy. I will definitely buy the next model as the Nike Air Pegasus is the perfect shoe for those of us who run a little heavy and need the extra support.

They were due to be here three days ago but the snowstorm (Nor'easter)had snagged and caused the blackouts in New England state. Now they're here TODAY. I'm also someone who although in my mid 20s has super tiny feet. I really like these shoes and do wear them everywhere. They add an inch to my height but don't look crazy tall like some of the older Shape Ups. My only issue is that the shoes seems to big. My 4.5 is way longer than my normal sketchers in a size 6. I have to buy them large sometimes when I can't find the size i need in an adult look.

I hope they will stretch out, but I'm not counting on it. So, I 'll wear these if I'm heading out to dinner or a bar, but not if I'm taking my daughter to the park, zoo, etc.

I've been getting the New Balance 574 shoe for the last few years to use as an everyday shoe. I have large feet for a girl, so it's hard to find shoes that fit well from a department or sports store. I had decided to look for a men's shoe that I liked and haven't strayed from these yet...I just pick a different color every time, and it's easiest to do that online. This is my second pair of Rykas. I did have to return the first pair of this style and order a 1/2 size larger than I normally wear. They look good without being too boxy and are very lightweight. The light mesh is perfect for summer as it breathes well. So far my feet have not gotten overheated, which is a summer issue for me with most sneakers. I am able to wear them for long periods of time with no discomfort. I think I'll get a lot of good wear from them before I retire them to be "garden shoes." My other pair of Rykas are a bit different style and I have been able to machine wash them several times. They are holding up very well and are still comfortable. I just love theses shoes,but the left foot seemed defective so I had to send it back as they were out of one in my sized.I have the other color and think Ryka makes a great shoe!
