I have purchased many pairs of Crocs over the years and always get a great shoe. They are absolutely perfect for small children because the kids can put them on by themselves easily. They are comfortable, don't produce blisters, wash up easily and last forever. This particular style is just adorable and it was worth every penny.

I saw these at my local athletic apparel store and loved the lightweight feel to them. Also liked the breathability of the shoes. Although I'm still not convinced that less padding is better than the bulkier running shoes I've normally used, these are a good shoe for going in that direction.
Buy Montrail Men's Bajada Outdry Trail Running Shoe
This is the best fitting shoe I have ever had on, period. I realise this is different for everybody but here is how it fit me the heel is really nice and secure, and the toebox is roomy, giving me enough space to never feel cramped in the front. I lace down pretty tight in the front, normal in the mid section and a bit more loose on top. This way the Bajada's stay securely on my foot, no friction anywhere, without feeling constricted.
I live next to some nice mountain trails and usually go out once or twice a week. On my last treks (for reference, roughly six hour treks of 20~ 24Km, 3000~3600 meter accumulated height difference) I never got any blisters or rough spots. I normally often get black toe nails even with large enough shoes on but the Bajada's gave me no problem in that sense. It is also nice to have nice light trail runners on and I don't feel I need a high boot for my ankles with these.
I personally also like the 10 mm heel to toe drop. There are a lot of more minimal trail runners coming out that for me and my back just don't work well. The Bajada do. They are great on the approach or the road and on the trail itself as well.
What I would really like to see though is a rock plate in the soul. After negotiating bigger and smaller rock trails for 3~4 hours I start to feel it in the ball of my foot, and at the end of the day I feel more bruised there than with other trekking shoes. I might try to make a small rock plate myself.
The other thing is some better stitching of the upper, I haven't had any problems yet but it looks fragile. I personally always put a thin layer of shoegoo on the rand with all my shoes just to reinforce them, I might do that to any potential problems with the upper.
The Outdry layer has worked well for me up till now. One time of rain was alright, foot feels plenty of ventilated while staying quite dry (foot gets wet due to the low cut without gaiters) but I haven't been standing inside a river or anything. I just know I won't get immediately soaked. If you normally don't like gore-tex versions of trail runners because of the heat and how slow they dry, you still might want to try these. There is a normal non-Outdry version too but I am very pleased up till now.
Overall the Bajada is a really great, neutral shoe, with a caveat for continuous hard rocky treks.
UPDATE After upping my day treks to mostly 38~50Km I'm switching to other shoes. I would love to have the Bajadas work for me but the bruised soles of my feet on rocky trails are taking a toll. Not just on my soles, but on the tendons and small muscle in my feet and ankles. Not sure if it's the soft mid sole or not but I have to check more and feel more where I step, while I want to go faster and more smooth. I hear some people take insert like Superfeet for more protection. Perhaps it would work.
If you are looking for another shoe with a narrow cut, I have tried Asics which were alright and Salomons which were great fitting.

The tongue of the shoe is really long, and I keep having an issue where the tongue slides down to the side and begins rubbing against the inside of the shoe causing a squeaking noise as I walk. Otherwise a great shoe!

Review of ASICS Men's GEL-DS Racer 9 Running Shoe
I ordered these a half size bigger as suggested by a local running store. I did my fastest time in a 5k in almost 3 years in them in 90 degree heat at that, these shoes felt almost like nothing was there.I am a 200 lb 6'2" runner, 50-60 miles a week, normally wear a nuetral cushion shoe, and these provided good cushioning and support for me to race in. I am no shoe expert but have tried many flats and others like the kinvaras and have finally found what works for me. I would recommend these shoes to anyone who wants a light weight racer that still provides ample cushioning.
Minus one review star for the unnecessarily flashy color scheme. Come on, ASICS; how about slightly subtler colors for the Racer 10?

Let's just say this up front: this is not a casual running shoe. It's a racing shoe (though not technically a racing flat), and it's a good one at that. It's basically a lighter weight version of the DS Trainer (my regular running shoe), and as such it makes a great choice for running any race in, from a 5K up to a half marathon. I've had good luck with it at all of those distances, though I've opted to stick with the slightly more cushioned DS Trainer for a full marathon (I suspect very fast and lightweight runners could get away with it, but I'm about 180 lbs and run a 3:30-ish marathon).Minus one review star for the unnecessarily flashy color scheme. I am a very loyal Asics running shoe buyer. I tried a lot of other brands: adidias,nike, brooks, saucony. But I feel most comfortable with Asics and that for almost 10 years. got these shoes on friday and brought it for my first half marathon on sunday. best decision of my life. shoes were light and comfy and had just that little bit of support i wanted. no issues with it being stiff or unseasoned first time wearing it. appearance wise its a killer look. has a rather tight midfoot which hugs the foot nicely and a slightly roomier forefoot. only issue with the shoe was that it felt super steaming hot at the end of the race. but well maybe it was a wrong choice of socks.would recommend this shoe to everybody!

First off, I have wide flat feet and I work out at the gym 4x a week doing cross training with high impact cardio. I bought these shoes just for the gym. Sadly it did not work out at the gym because there is absolutely no support at the bottom at all when doing high impact cardio. Within 5 minutes, my feet was in sooo much pain. I never understood how important or the effects of "support" in sneakers were until i put on this pair of shoes and felt the difference. On the other hand, I LOVE LOVE these shoes for everything else like walking or anything non high impact. They are so flexible and comfortable that it feels like you going barefoot. and although i usually prefer wide widths, these i have in regular width but i went up 1/2 a size....So the review is, WONDERFUL for non high impact activities!

These shoes run true to fit and are very comfortable.The fabric is awesome: a matte finish. I wear them for weight lifting,and bootcamp.It does simulate being barefoot. However there are some things I would change: The ribbon type laces started to fray after wearing them twice and they knot up very easily. Also when I do mountain climbers or planks, the toe block (which had a very nice nike free logo in black) has lost its black polish and the white lettering has shown thru..ugh I really liked the all black look. i have the grey green, i have a med. width with wide toes and one foot just enough bigger that if i go up a half of size to a 7 they are not comfortable and if buy true size of 6.5 my larger foot blisters until broke in, with there they are so form fitting that from the first day i wore them in my true size of 6.5 i dont want to wear any other shoes i have, i dont even take them off when i get home they are so comfy and i spend an hour or more working out a day between the treadmill and my weights and it makes the incline much easier as they are so flexable that using heel toe is no effort, just natural, got these for working out but i wear them to work and everywhere i go, they are super cute and get lots of remarks on them and so many choices for colors! this shew is awesome for my daily rotten! they are light and extremely fixable, it took me a little time to get used to but over time I found them to be comfortable and blister free. We have purchased Stride Rite shoes for our children since they have walk and been satified. These Slingshot by Stride Rite are not the same quality. The first pair we purchased started to fall apart within a week. When we returned the shoes to the the store, the sales rep said there had been considerable returns for this particular model. But we liked the look, so we tried another pair of Slingshots. In about three weeks, the stitching in the front toe gave way. So, we returned them to Stride Rite for a different model.

Needed a wider sport sneaker for school for my daughter so I went back to stride rite. I used to buy stride rite when they were toddlers, they always seemed to fit best. Now when she is 10, I find most of the gorgeous shoes I love for looks fit my daughter's wide and high-arched foot badly, very badly. I took these out for some light hiking on both paved and dirt trails this past weekend and had a few observations:
The sole is great for absorbing shock but since it has such big gaps in it, rocks tend to collect in those spaces and must be removed periodically.
After a two-hour hike, my little toes on both feet were in moderate pain as the toe box on these shoes is fairly narrow and there was a lot of rubbing even with medium thickness socks.
Overall, I do like these and will take them out on my next hike or trail run; I will update if there is anything significant to report.Most comfortable athletic shoe available. I like this trail version better than the standard because it doesn't have the mesh.

I got these for my 15 year old son and he loves them. He is a tall, skinny kid who complains that his feet hurt a lot so he wanted something with a little more support without looking dorky. He put these on and proclaimed they were like walking on clouds (except he said it in some hip, cool way).They seem durable, look good, great price and he likes them perfect fit all around.

I really like these shoes and receive TONS of compliments on the crazy colors. Buy Reebok Men's DMX Run 10 Fashion Sneaker
I bought these shoes because I loved the original DMX technology back in the 90's. I missed out on these back then so this time I got them.
First of all the cherry color on these are more like a tangerine color or a dark orange rather than a reddish color. The material is like canvas or maybe a synthetic canvas. One extra that I noticed at night time is that the silver or gray piping that goes around the shoelace loops and the triangle shaped patch on the front outside of the shoe and the back underneath the pull tab are reflective, looks awesome.
The shoes are thickly padded on the inside, around the ankle and the tongue. The insole is a dense but spongy type of maybe foam or polyurethane. The out-sole is icy blue and transparent, you can see the DMX air sac through the out-sole. Even-though the out-sole is clear and transparent it is pretty hard and durable, for the first couple of times that you wear the shoe you will hear clicking and clacking when you walk on a hard surface.
I owned a pair of Reebok Answer 3's which is a basketball shoe that also have the DMX technology in them and when I wore them I could feel the air moving back and forth from the heel to the toe and vice versa in the shoe when I played basketball which I liked very much because it made the cushioning great! But with these I do not feel the air moving back and forth as much as I felt in the Answer III's. I think because the shoe is so thickly padded and the insole is thick and spongy that you do not feel the air moving through all that thickness.
If you ever worn a pair thickly padded house shoe slippers those might resemble the feeling of these shoes. Cushioning is 10 out of 10. Lateral support is 8 of 10. Around your heel area there is extra girth and reinforcement which makes it feel like a low top basketball shoe. But since it is made of the canvas type material it is not as heavy as you would think. Style is 8 of 10. Only reason I gave these an 8 is because my wife told me "You paid that much for that shoe, there ugly!". The first day I wore them to a restaurant and a guy stopped me and asked "Where did you buy those from?" Shows how much my wife knows about sneakers.

But hey like I said I am not a runner so take that by a grain of salt. Basketball I do know about and these feel like a low top basketball shoe in disguise, mainly because of how thickly padded they are and the lateral reinforcement on the back heel area of the shoe which makes it look wide in the back.
These are perfect for styling and a all day long walk in one of the Disney World parks. Get a pair while they last in your size!
I was immediately in love since the first time I saw this Reebok's model at a shop. Using it was a bliss. Not only for the look and feels, it proven to be exceptionally comfortable and durable, taking a real beating in my daily use.
Not only for casual use and running, I used this shoes to beat trails like Pedra da Gávea (Google it) and it always behave amazingly.

First of all, I need to say I really missed this model from Reebok since mine finally gave up in the late 90's. And I never understood why Reebok stopped selling it. This is, for sure, the best pair of shoes I ever had. Period.I was immediately in love since the first time I saw this Reebok's model at a shop. Using it was a bliss. Not only for the look and feels, it proven to be exceptionally comfortable and durable, taking a real beating in my daily use.
Not only for casual use and running, I used this shoes to beat trails like Pedra da Gávea (Google it) and it always behave amazingly.
I may buy one pair of each color or stock many. I don't want to miss this shoe for another decade.

I'm so happy that Reebok decided to re-release this shoe! I bought these back in 1998 for the first time. They are hands down, the most comfortable, and stylish shoe that I have ever owned. I was ecstatic when I heard that they were releasing them again. It's no surprise that they are selling out, almost immediately. Get them while you can! I had the original DMX Run shoe in the 90's. These look similiar however the newer materials are not as nice as the leather from the old shoe. The cushioning while extremely comfortable has changed, you can no longer feel the air moving between pods. Still a great show for fitness needs.
