I usually wear a size 8, and the size 8 fit fine. The shoe is narrow, so I do not recommend for wide feet. They are pretty comfortable as a casual sneaker. I would not use them for athletic purposes, but that was to be expected. These have a little arch so they aren't fla but a person that needs more of an arch support may need to get inserts.These (like all Pumas, in my opinion) run a little long. That being said, I love them, and wear them to work often. I've gotten many compliments on them, and am very glad for this impulse purchase.

My daughter wanted red leather soccer cleats at a reasonable price and we were very excited to find these. They fit great and she loved them. Unfortunately after about a month, the plastic sole of the left shoe started to separate from the body of the shoe at the toe. A few days later the same thing started on the right shoe. They have gotten to the point where I think they are dangerous to play with and I am afraid she will trip on the area where the shoe is separating from the sole. A small rock got caught in that space the other day. She wants to get another pair of these but I am worried we will have the same problem. I am hoping that maybe this was just a defective pair and the next one will be ok. We have never had any other problems with Nike shoes.I loved this soccer shoes.. it is very smooth, soft and it is made by high quality materials.. nothing bad to declare!!

I have been using these shoes for a month now. I run 3 miles+\4 days a week. These are trail running shoes but I use mostly paved roads right now. They aren't comfy enough to wear everyday regular use. But I love them for running. I have seen/ felt a huge improvement in my running. I am a size 9 and ordered that size. I could have gone a half size bigger. They did feel really tight at first but after changing the laces to be looser it felt good and they are very light. The colors are awesome!

Cheap North Face Ultra 50 GTX XCR Running Shoes Brown Womens
I ordered these shoes because I always wanted some cute and good quality running shoes. When I ordered them I quickly found out that they were not worth the price. They are very cute, just like in the picture; but when I put them on they were incredibly stiff and the tongue dug into my ankle and they were a little too narrow for my feet. I love The North Face as a brand and have bought many things from them, but I was very disappointed when I got these shoes and had to return them and continue on my search for good running shoes.

I purchased these water shoes to walk through the swimming pool and shower area, at a health club, where things can be slick. These shoes work great. I can walk with confidence on the wet slippery surfaces. I have a form of cerebral palsy that affects my walk, I use a cane, so to say these shoes help me walk with confidence means a lot. I go to the health club thee to four times a week, I keep them on in the swimming pool, where I do walking, and in the whirlpool, and they are holding up very well through the chlorine, (I do rinse them off some). I like the adjustable lace, I can loosen to slip on, the tighten to fit snugly on my foot, then loosen to slip off my foot. The shoes, at least in my experience, are on the larger size. Meaning I'm usually a size 10 1/2 shoe, these in 11 were a bit too big, the 10 fit nicely. To say I'll buy these again... Yes! Would I recommenced these to other folks? I bought these Speedo water shoes to use for kayaking and walking along the beach at the campground we stay at each summer, located on Lake Superior. The shoes fit pretty well, I ordered a size 11 (I wear 11.5) and they still felt a little loose. The main problem was that the mesh on the top of the shoe allows sand and sometimes small pebbles to get through into the shoe, which as you can imagine can become quite uncomfortable. They also don't do a very good job at draining water, maybe because there are no holes on the sole of the shoe. I am shocked that Speedo would create a shoe that would come unsewn the first day that I wore them. The laces were also not right, but that has nothing to do with the quality of the product; it just looked sloppy.

These trainers are lightweight and padded in all of the right places. I've worn them on the road and in the woods, mostly for walking so far. They run slightly small. I usually wear either a 7.5 or 8. Bought these in an 8 and they are fine, though no extra room at all. Love the colors, too!

Wearing these shoes makes it feels like you're walking on pillows. They are really stylish also, and Nike offers a wide variety of selection.

Although these shoes are really stylish and look "cool" I would not recommend running in them. In my opinion, I feel like they are

Wow. I absolutely love these shoes and I never write reviews but I just had to. They are the most amazing shoes ever and I have told all my friends to buy themsome did and they love them too! The best thing is that they really dont look that bad, not nearly as horrid as the original shape ups just for walking...people rarely notice unless I tell them. The grey and pink help.. pretty standard shoe colors. I love that you can walk and run in them... so perfect for my kind of exercise. I also do circuit training in the gym in them and I swear they have made a huge impact in my workout. Lunges are producing better results, etc. Sketchers may not be the most attractive of the toning shoes but they are def the best!! Buy them! your but and legs will thank you!!

I'm a very active Mom who has invested in countless support shoe brands... LOOK NO FURTHER,SHAPE UPS ARE THE BEST! I have 3 lace up Shape Up sneakers (the slightly more fashionable all leather mary jane shape up styles are actually not as comfortable)and I have them on from the time I wake until I unlace them bedside. TRY ON THE STYLE YOU WANT IN A STORE BEFORE YOU ORDER ONLINE! This is VERY important advice, since not every Shape Up style fits exactly the same way. They can run a bit snug, I wear an 8 8.5, and when I ordered my 1st pair in an 8, it took quite a long time to "stretch" them out from wear.. The 8.5 fits like a dream out of the box! Go to a local shoe store and try on several Shape Up styles, keep a record of what size(s) that fit best for each style. I have been in 2 significant car accidents, one by a drunk driver who forever affected my back & hips. I cannot use a treadmill, since the impact causes great pain in my back/hips/knees within minutes. I wear the Shape Ups and use an elliptical trainer, go for my walks, do all of my daily activities, and my level of back discomfort is almost ZERO! BELIEVE THE HYPE! It's precisely because of the curved, thick sole that my body feels so much better. It may take some getting used to, but SO WHAT? Doesn't anything worth while take a bit of adjustment? And for you fashion conscious folks out there, I'm a TOTAL fahionista, a shameless clothes horse, and I will tell you that when you're actually walking/standing in these, the sole looks more compressed and not as bulky as they do when you're just staring at an image of them. I get stopped CONSTANTLY, and feel like a spokesperson for Shape Ups. I finally managed to convince my Husband to buy 2 pairs that look exactly like Keen's, and he's in Heaven. For men who won't wear the sneaker version, the Keen-style is the perfect one! Don't own just ONE pair, you need to alternate between 2-3 pairs to give them a chance to breathe and recover from wear. For me, these are an absolute investment, I have no guilt over having 3 pairs. My very 1st review on Amazon, I am so passionate about the benefits of Shape Ups for my physical needs.

I bought these because I purchased a pair of shoes on-line that were just too big but I wore them and so didn't try to return them. I was looking for a thick insert that would help the shoes fit better. I have started to place these inserts in every pair of shoes I wear (after removing the existing insole) because I found that the leg cramps I get after hiking, dancing, etc. was almost zero wearing these very heavy and thick insoles. I plan to buy another pair (s).The only drawback is that they are so thick and heavy, its not easy cutting them to size. But, it is because they are so thick and heavy that they help my leg cramps so much! Its worth the effort cutting them to size.

I hike in the Pacific Northwest and these boots have seen it all over the past 6 months: I've worn them snowshoeing, walked through creeks, splashed in the mud, gone down steep slippery slopes, up rocky terrain, over gravel paths and miles of dirt trails and thousands of feet of elevation. There was zero break-in period. No blisters, no hotspots, no aches. While the rest of my body is challenged, my feet have stayed dry, comfortable and happy. The comfort of a well-worn, perfect fitting tennis shoe with the technology and features of a high-end hiking boot. Well worth every penny. Highly recommend.

I am a longtime Saucony shoe buyer, for running and walking. I am heavy, in my 50's, with a high arch, narrow heel and wide forefoot (supinator). My regular Saucony shoe is the ProGrid Triumph in its many iterations. So I was very happy to see that Saucony has come out with a trail boot. Right out of the box I knew this would be a great shoe. No breaking in, and good cushioning. The size is consistent with the running shoes and there is enough room for wearing a medium thickness sock. Though expensive, this a good buy with the Gortex waterproofing and it is lightweight compared to other hiking boots. That said, beware this is not as rugged or supportive or heavy as a full leather boot, but for my needs of around 5 mile hikes, it fits the bill. I live in the San Juan mountains of Colorado and have never found a better shoe for hiking or running on the snowy trails, or just wearing around town when navigating the slick sidewalks/parking lots/streets. It has a Vibram sole with a beefy tread that really does grip in the snow. Additionally, this shoe is super lightweight, comfy, and warm. It may run a little big--I wear a 6 and have to wear 2 pairs of socks with it, which isn't a problem. The 5.5 was too small. I actually bought another pair I love these so much. They are pricey, but worth it!!
Cheap New Balance Kid's K3090 IONIX Running Shoe (Little Kid/Big Kid)
This is our second pair of New Balance IONIX shoes. As usual with kids, my son outgrew the first pair before he could ever wear them out. They are light, comfortable, and (sometimes unfortunately) actually help him run faster. I never believed in such a thing before. Shoes are shoes, right? No. Whatever geniuses came up with the sole pattern knew exactly what twists and turns a child will take in an effort to evade their non-IONIX-armed parent. I have given up chasing him and instead wait for him on his next speedy lap wisely getting his feet off the ground first.
Bottom line: I absolutely recommend these shoes. The kid loves them and they are very well built. Finally, did you know New Balance are manufactured in America?
