I have been using these shoes for a month now. I run 3 miles+\4 days a week. These are trail running shoes but I use mostly paved roads right now. They aren't comfy enough to wear everyday regular use. But I love them for running. I have seen/ felt a huge improvement in my running. I am a size 9 and ordered that size. I could have gone a half size bigger. They did feel really tight at first but after changing the laces to be looser it felt good and they are very light. The colors are awesome!

Great shoes true to size! Very comfortable with great colors! I have a very flat foot these have good arch support without causing other foot or leg discomfort.

The shoes are super cute but lack good cushioning in the toes & feel flimsy. I had a similar style & color but in the gel kahana & those had a lot more cushion in toes& felt sturdier. Tried finding pair like I had, this was closest match in color & style. Probably will be sending these back. If you are looking for cute & not necessarily comfort these would be ok.

These are nice shoes, They are comfortable on but run small and narrow. I ordered a size 10 but them arrived in a size 10.5 and it was a good thing because the 10's would not have fit. I never take anything but a 10 but in this case I needed the 10.5

So lightweight! And beautiful! I really loved it! It's worth wearing for trail runs, but it also is fine for track.
