I own a pair of Aetrex sandals and was very impressed with the cushioning, and especially the arch which is usually non-existent on sandals. Unfortunately, this shoe isn't nearly as supportive. It's not an uncomfortable shoe, and probably as supportive as every other athletic shoe out there. I was hoping it would be many cuts above as the sandal is.
