Ive worn the "work" and "sport" insoles by Dr. Scholl and I have to say that these are probably the most comfortable. The work ones have always caused me pain because the heel area was built awkwardly. I also have "runners knee" so these help me from overprotecting when I wear them for hours on end in my everyday shoes. I've never tried the insoles that range in the $50 area, but if these helped fix my runners knee, I wouldn't get those expensive ones unless I was recovering from a serious injury. The sport ones were great at first, but quickly wore out after only using them for a couple weeks. The only down side to these insoles is that the surface is a bit slippery. So I sometimes feel like my foots sliding around inside if my shoes aren't tight enough.

My mom has had knee pain for years, she works in a department store and spends many hours standing up.
She was taking mortin 800mgs everyday to relieve the knee pain. But within the first day of using these she hasn't taken mortin or any pain reliever to alleviate any pain! These are a true blessing, I have bough heating pads, and all kinds of knee pain remedies. I highly recommend this, I just bought another pair.

I am so glad that I found these as they are no longer available at any stores near me. They work GREAT. :)

I used these soles for a month and my knee pain was still there, getting worse. I had to see a specialist and realized they actually contribute to stand in a incorrect way, as I have slightly bow shaped leg. Dr sole Jell insoles are good.

These are the best insoles since sliced bread...wait, what? Anyways, I have had knee pain since I was a kid and even had professional arches made for my feet. Nothing has ever been as helpful as these insoles. I was so thrilled to find something that worked...and then so upset to find out they were no longer on the market. Now Dr. Scholl's only releases insoles that include "knee pain" as one of the areas addressed but they don't work anything like these. They are comfortable and really absorb shock in the heel to lighten the load on your knees. The arch lines up exactly with my foot and they fit great in my shoes. Whenever I find them online I snatch a pair, even though they're way more overpriced than they were when they were sold at CVS. Bring them back Dr. Scholl's!!
