As a long-distance runner, I often wake up in the morning with plantar fascitis, which is NOT a pleasant way to start the day! I used to spend time rolling my feet on tennis/lacrosse/golf balls to help them loosen up in the morning. But then while reading the book "Anatomy for Runners" by Jay Dicharry, I learned about this product and decided to give it a try.

I wear a 12/13 shoe, so I ordered the men's 11+ size. They fit perfectly, and I can wear them for several hours at a time (I need to get work shoes with a wider toe box so I can wear Correct Toes all them the time). Best of all, my plantar fascitis has all but disappeared. My feet also feel stronger and I feel like my balance has improved, too. All of this has definitely helped my running I've been pain-free for the past few weeks and am even running a bit faster than I used to!

I used to just treat the symptoms of my pain. But now Correct Toes helps me address the underlying cause of pain, which for me more than justifies the price.

I used to have incredibly tired, sore and achy feet. They were very weak and narrow and would always bother me, no matter what shoes I wore. Then I got Correct Toes. I admit they look goofy but far less so than other comparable products. Fortunately, they fit inside my shoes too. Combined with a bit of time barefoot walking to strengthen my feet, they're making a big difference. My toes are no longer crumpled together and my feet aren't so tired at the end of the day. They appear to be getting stronger, and returning to their natural shape.

Best of all, I'm getting a better sense of balance or surefootedness when I walk, and without the fatigue I typically get in my feet, legs, hips, and back. I was surprised when my lifelong back pain started going away after I started using Correct Toes for my feet. One thing they don't mention about the product is they're expandable too. As my feet began to change I easily made the device wider to accommodate my "new" feet.

I'd recommend Correct Toes, and starting with the smaller size, unless you have large feet (size 11 or larger) I have a men's size 10 foot and started with the medium/large before switching and going with the small fortunately they have a 30 day no-hassle return policy.

Based on a previous review, I had to update mine. Before I got Correct Toes I tried several others. The first ones I got didn't fit at all, the second tore really easily. And none of the ones I tried fit in my shoes. So I would say these are definitely worth the money, and worth their weight in gold! They are incredibly comfortable, long lasting (I've been wearing them daily for almost a year and they're still showing no signs of wear), seem to be made for my feet and unlike other products are made in the USA. Do they cost a bit more, DEFINITELY. Do they last and are they worth it, ABSOLUTELY. I don't understand why someone would review a product and tear it down without even seeing it in person, let alone trying it. These are an amazing product. I'm loving my CorrectToes! As a former dancer, I've struggled with bunions from my tight fitting shoes. These have been a Godsend at helping correct my feet and getting me out of foot pain! They are soft and comfortable, I can wear them discreetly in my minimalist shoes, and they fit perfectly. If you're struggling with foot problems, I think these are a must! I got the small size, and as my feet have gone back to the natural position, I've been able to adjust them making them wider as I've needed by easily adding material to the expansion slot. I don't think you can adjust or widen any of the others.

I read the previous review that they can slip off your feet, but I found when I widened them (it's super simple) they stayed on perfectly. No more foot pain, bunions going away, and I feel stronger and better balanced when I wear them as well. I can't recommend these enough!!!

I bought this product with the hope of correcting my over lapping toes. It does separate them for a time but after a while the toes over lap again because the material is so soft. Therefore the product did not work very well. It would be worth it if it cost less than $5. I am sure that it is very cheap to manufacture. But to charge $65 for this product and the product does not work well at all is simply price gouging and taking advantage of people with a medical problem.

i want to take my comment out but unable to. i dont want a part of this but i have to write 20 words. there are plenty of these spreaders out there so be wise paying 65$ for a "magic" pair as oppose to all the rest. this is the highest priced one yet,and probably costs 7$ to make per pair at the warehouse. This MD saddens me rg his integrity. Drop down the price= more purchases will follow buddy! good luck
