I bought Saucony running flats for the first time when I was a junior in high school running 6 to 8 miles a day for cross country. One of my feet rolls in while the other rolls out, so all other shoes and brands (I tried A LOT) caused shin splints that ultimately led to stress fractures. I've been pain free ever since these running flats and I have purchased several different pairs from Saucony, all have worn great. My last pair just made their final journey as I wore them on my hike all the way up Mt. Washington. I had my hiking boots in my pack but never changed because my feet were so comfortable and they gave me great control on the rocky trail. If you like to be light on your feet these are the way to go.

I wear a 9 or 8 1/2. I ordered a 9. My big toe is at the very end of the shoe. I am going to have to return them for a 9 1/2. They run a little narrow also, but that works for me because I have narrow feet. Color is great. They even sent a pair of pink laces in case I want some variety.

Lovely shoe and light as air. I was so excited about trying them out since I usually wear a heavier "walking shoe". Unfortunately, I had ordered only a half size larger than normal and they were still too short. I tried walking on the treadmill and got cramps in my right foot. I have returned them and recieved a full refund very quickly. I do plan to re-order, but in a full size larger than my regular shoes.

Feels excellent on & looks great. It runs small, must get a full size bigger. You must like the runners look, as it's a true running sneakers.

I love cool colors in my athletic shoes, and thought these were pretty cool as they were the "Tiffany blue" color that has been a big hit. I purchased these for cross training, and for casual wear. However, they will not work for this. There is a version of this shoe with spikes, and this is just the version without the spikes. No difference in the construction. The base was very hard and sort of turned up at the toe. Now, that would be perfect in a sprinting situation but for cross training and general wear, would not work.
