These shoes are so comfortable. I use them for walking. I have a very high arch and tend to supinate when I walk-therefore not just any shoe would do. I tried Adidas, Nike and Reebok. Not that they were bad-but these Avia's gave me arch support exactly where I needed it. They don't give blisters and they are so light. You can feel the air coming in through the shoe as they breathe very easily. I wish they came in more colors.

The show is very lightweight, flexible in all the right spots, very comfortable, supportive of my foot, and I've enjoyed using them for jogging. While breathability may be more important in hot months or for long runs, I've noticed these sneakers are definitely breathable. I feel these shoes were a great bargain and were exactly what I was hoping for. Sizing was accurate.
