Not so long ago I bought a pair of CVS heel liners and I only had to get rid of them because I precipitately placed one of the liners in a shoe just so that it would continue to bruise my heel. But with the other shoe it worked perfectly well. Then I bought these liners, to properly stick them on now, I waited more than the suggested amount of time for them to properly adhere, but after an hour of wearing my shoes with these liners they started to gradually come off. Well, I'm going back to CVS right away; this is a poor quality product.

I needed to fix heel liners on some sport shoes and these do what they say they will. They stick well to the fabric lining of my shoes, are very comfortable and protect the shoe heel liner from further damage.

Used these because the heels in my shoes were wearing out and at first it was ok but very quickly the adhesive backing started to loosed and the pad itself started to wear away, much faster than the original heel of the shoe. It's an ok fix for short term but long term not really.

I bought a pair of ballerina slippers from Payless and they fit ok but the back heel was cutting into my feet and making my feet bleed. I was ready to toss the shoes out but on a whim I decided to buy this product instead, now the shoes are comfortable, do NOT cut into my feet and I can safely the shoes to work everyday. Good buy if you need a little extra cushioning. Highly recommended.

These are garbage! They didn't even last a day on ny shoes, and then left a VERY sticky residue on the shoes. Don't bother trying them...
