Dressport Rockport Men's Anniello Cap Toe Dressport Oxfordshoe heel angle change bad news for all customers as all of the new dressports now have angled heel like a worn down old shoe. Result is rotation of the shoe into ankle on heel strike which produced painful achilles tendonitis. Very bad design change by rockport for all their newer dressport shoes. I received the product on the 23rd of September, and about a week ago, noticed the heel portion of the sole comes in two parts, where one part has come away. I was shocked that this heel is starting to fall apart after 2 weeks of wear. Perhaps I got a faulty shoe which requires a little bit of gluing, but was still very surprised at this in such a short time. Otherwise, a very comfortable shoe, and a very reasonable price through Amazon.com.

What I really want is a burgundy/cordovan color version of these well fitting shoes. I have some Allen Edmund cap toe Park Avenues (for three times as much and had to wait to get those custom made with rubber soles ... these Rockports are OK for business casual, and I have worn them with Suits... these are like adult tennis shoes;. Wish they kept making these... but now that Adidas has bought Rockport, they are taking a new direction.

I curse myself for not taking the previous review seriously. Too tight for size 8.5 and causes heal pain. Move on boys, spend your money on something else.
