I originally purchased the Tennessee Volunteers Men's Collegiate Shoes Men : Size 13, but when I received it, it was too small. Apparently, their sizes run about a full size too small. I loved the look of the shoe, so I immediately contacted Seaboard Traders of South Carolina, specifically Andrew who helped me in a friendly and professional manner. I was able to quickly exchange my shoes for a larger size. It was great working with them! Thanks Andrew!
