I usually where a 7.5 but my toes were squished in it, so I got an 8 and they fit great. They grip the ground great and are as beautiful as they look on the screen. So far I haven't slipped on any trail and my feet don't hurt.Discount Saucony Women's Peregrine 3 Running Shoe

I usually wear more cushioned Saucony neutral trail shoes. (I've been a huge fan of the Exodus series.) Out of curiosity, I recently went in the other direction and tried the minimalist Kinvara TR, which I liked more than I expected to. I like the lighter feel more than I thought I would, but I still wanted a bit more basic structure for my high arches. Then I found the perfect balance in the Peregrine 3.0. Just the right amount of structure and support, great push-off and trail grip, but still lightweight. The fit might be a hair more generous than is typical--meaning I didn't have to go a half size up the way I usually do--but if you choose to go up a half size they still probably won't be too big. It depends on how much extra room you like in the toe when you're bounding down steep hills. All in all, these have become my favorite shoe. I never thought I'd want less than the maximum amount of cushioning, but in the Peregrine I've found the optimal balance of support and performance. Now, when I try to go back to my more cushioned models, they feel clunky, especially on the more technical trails.
