very comfortable, needs better arch support, very light, should have goretex at this price! Will have to see how it last since I'm a forester/timber buyer and in the woods almost daily.

These boots are comfortable..Not really made for the field. As it says on another web site..something like "born from Merrell's hiking boots but made for city use. And like the other review says "not much arch support" I replaced the stock insole with a better one. I have been using them in the field and they are holding up so far. I do a lot of hiking ,climbing and crawling through brush on the job so only time will tell. If they hold up under those circumstances I will purchase another pair. The other website where it describes them as for city use sells them for 59.99. Limited sizes though. Another thing I like about these boots is they have a little more toe room than other hiking boots I've owned.
