I have been a New Balance fan for many years now and feel these are the most comfortable, and best fitting running shoe I have worn. I thought they may be a bit small at first, but after wearing them for about an hour, they felt better than my other running shoes have felt in the past. In addition, the shoe is nicely colored with nothing shinny or glamorous which has not been the case of late. Recommended absolutely.

I have lots of foot problems collapsed arch, heel spurs, arthritis. My podiatrist recommended that I wear hard soled shoes with my custom orthorics, or "motion control" sneakers. While all major sneaker manufacturers have "motion control" sneakers, I decided on NB given that it's made in good ol' USA.

Let me say that with these shoes, I can walk for pain free for over 4 miles. I can probably walk even further than that but 2 miles each way is plenty enough exercise for me. It is the best thing I could have done for my feet and my health. I've had this thing for over a month now, and it's holding up really well. I wear these sneakers with my plastic/rubber-hybrid orthotics.

Before I got these shoes, I was wearing Nikes...and I couldn't walk a mile before my feet felt like that were ready to implode.

I have a son with Down Syndrome this shoe fits the bill for heel stabilization , however lacking in quality no reinforced lace grommets. Ripped through in a week. Beef them up, I'll buy more.

Shoe is very nice but I had to return it because it was a half size too small. will order next larger size.
