I am a runner that averages about two to three miles a day and I have been using Nike running shoes for years now and I really loved them but not the price of course. LOL! I have tried other brand of running shoes but for me it is less supportive and also it does not have enough cushions when running long distance. The support and comfort coming from this Nike shoes are really good for my feet. In addition the shoe has also good ventilation and prevents any overheating while running through two to three miles distance. I also add slope with my running and the best thing about it is that it has a very good grip when going up and down a hill.
