These are a huge waste of money. After walking around for a couple of hours, the foam completely breaks down and is useless, and I'm not a heavy person either. I would not recommend these to anyone. I'm going back to the gel inserts. I'd rather spend the extra money and get something that works.

Can't lose at this price. Bought for my 99 year old mom who walks bone-on-bone. Very difficult to find shoes to fit her. She had special orthodics made, but they were never real comfortable. What she needed was extra cushioning for comfort. So far these seem to do the trick. I especially like the fact that I can cut them to fit just where she needs the cushioning. I am ordering more!
