If you have regular sized feet (no narrow or wide) then these shoes will fit perfectly. I wear a 7.5-8 in US sizes (depending on the brand) and I purchased a size 40 to be sure of the fit! They fit great! No too snug and just enough room in the toe area to allow my toes not to feel bunched! I am still getting used to clipping and unclipping with these shoes, but overall the style, color, fit and look are great!!!

I bought this one because of color to match my outfit. The iZumi products seem to be less expensive than the others. I used them only 40-60 mins ride daily on the roadbike so far they seem to last. Like the others said to get the size up, i normally wear 37 /7 size but this one i bought 39 and it fits perfectly.

Ordered my usual size 8 but these came in a bit short in the length. My toes were close to the end which probably would have caused problems in the long run. The laces were also a little short the velcro closure would help to keep them tied. The other thing I noticed is the offset lacing not sure if it is because they are cycling shoes, but it was odd. Ended up returning and getting an 8-1/2 in a different Pearl iZUMi style.

This shoe is priceless for its fit and ease of wearing. Wore them while biking the Amalfi coast of Italy and they were excellent as an all around bike shoe.
