I got these at a local department store because I was at my wits end with $200 + $180 for custom orthotics and New Balance shoes that hurt from the moment I put them on. When I saw the Skechers Flex I was a bit skeptical because they're so thin and light weight; I thought, "There's no way those will work because I will feel every bump in the road and there will be no cushiony support." I could not have been more wrong, or surprised! I have put no extra padding in them, no extra support, and my feet do not get tired or sore. I have tendinitis, fibromyalgia, arthritis, bunions, plantar fasciitis, diabetes, neuropathy...I could go on, but I have a lot of problems with my feet, ankles, legs, etc.; good shoes are extremely important for me. I would recommend these without a doubt and I'm actually debating ordering a second pair in case they stop making them or something.Skechers Women's Barbed Wire Lace-Up Fashion Sneaker Reviews

i have a hard time finding shoes that don't hurt my feet. i've taken to having to walk laps in my crocs because of my flat feet. i tried on A LOT of shoes from all brands and these were the only ones that i KNEW wouldn't bother me while i walked. i always have to just grin and bear it with shoes...not these. the shoes are light and very flexible! i will definitely buy another pair in another color. the only minor gripe i have is that the laces are super long! i like that there were two color choices of laces included. perfect shoes for me.
