What can you say about a tongue pad ?
They are thick enough and sticky enough to work properly.
I guessed right on which size to use.
So, good product.

the attached paper a bit tough to get to the edge and remove. could use a center split line or a small strip to grab to facilitate use.

These are very simple. They just pad the inside of the shoe tongue and add some thickness. They are soft and comfy. The adhesive is very strong. Do not stick them in the wrong place!
