These run very narrow. I ordered a size 9, which is a half size bigger then my normal size. but they were still really tight. fyi..I have an average width foot.

Supportive, lightweight and true to size. Very roomy in the toes and would make someone with a narrow foot feel like they were swimming in these. Good features for a running shoe, water resistance, supportive heel, and relatively low-cut back. This shoe has approx a 1" heel and maybe is a bit taller. Something to consider, but for forty bucks elsewhere this shoe is a steal.

I should have heeded the reviewer who said that the shoes weren't wide enough for a normal foot let alone a wider set of feet. I tried them on and immediately felt squished. I am sad about this, as it seems that Ahnu offers various widths in the men's line, but not in the women's. Wish that were not the case and that a C/D option were available for women. At any rate, if you have a narrow foot, these are your shoes!!!
