Got these shoes for my one year old who is just starting to walk. They are adorable, comfortable and perfect for early walkers. Although the shoe has a rubber sole, it is extremely flexible and you can basically bend it in half which is exactly what a first shoe for baby should be like!

I liked the shoes...they're OK. They were very cute at first but they didn't age well. My daughter plays at daycare in a sandbox and in the dirt and they rubbed her raw across the top of her toes with just a few grains of sand in them. Her feet are pretty chubby, but I had to save them for special occasions and make sure they were PERFECTLY clean. Also--once they get a little sweat or moisture in them, the insoles curl up and that also causes discomfort. not a huge fan of these shoes. I'll still buy other SR shoes though...I just didn't like the fit on these.

These are great shoes for beginning walkers, and are high quality. They fit true to size, and seem very comfortable on my daughter. The only issue is that the pink in the picture is much different than the pink on the actual shoes. I find that the pink is almost like an orangish pink and doesn't match any of the shades of pink we have for her clothes.

i bought these for our one year old as her first shoes. first off, they are absolutely adorable. however, after having her wear them around for a few hours, she has a blister on her big toe. there is a seam that runs along the inside, and it was raised causing her to develop the blister. i thought maybe it was a fluke as one shoe seemed alright and only had the problem with one foot. i contacted amazon and they happily send out a new pair (and we even got them the next day-amazon was just great) but i received them today and the same raised seam. they are definitely the right size (measured and everything) but they just don't work for my little girl. unfortunately, they'll be going back and we'll try another style of stride rites.

I really did love this shoe, but I will say compared to other srt shoes I purchased this one seemed to be so molded in the front that it made my daughters feet a tad uncomfortable and we had to move on to a newer shoe alot quicker than before.
