This is a great shoe with one little or big caveat depending on your point of view. Fantastic shoe, great traction on loose gravel/ sand and very light, however as so many other reviewers have noted, these do run small in size and having had the advantage of reading other reviews, i ordered mine one full size larger (size 15) and they fit and run great. I fail to understand why these shoes were sized so tight to begin with, but other than that love them.

Second pair of these shoes that i have had now and agree with other reviews that slightly on the small side so get a size bigger!! Otherwise great shoe for the little money.

I'm a distance runner and some of my runs per week are on dirt trails, so I like having both trail and regular training shoes. This Kanadia TR3 suited me perfectly: good tread for traction on the trails, enough cushioning but not as much as training shoes, and proved to be a worthy replacement of my previous pairs of Adidas Supernova Trail shoes. And cheap too, which is a bonus.

I bought these with the expectation that i would be getting a good running shoe for off-road running. I was right. Not only do these shoes provide great traction, but they are comfortable as well. They are durable as well which is very important for the type of running i do. I would definitely recommend these to people looking to blaze the un-beaten path!

Also, you should order a size larget than normal as most Adidas run on the small side
