I have had every version of this shoe since 2004. This is by far the best version. They have cut down on some of the bulk, streamlined the shoe and perfected the design. I have to knee injuries and have run injury free in these. I really enjoy them. I am contemplating buying a lifetime supply. They are great for sprints and distance work, very comfortable.

My first pair of NB 1260's and so far have been pleased. An over-pronator and heel striker, after 6 years I finally gave up on the Brooks because of complete erosion of the heels before 300 hundred miles. Time will tell on these NB, but I am pleased to be back with the company that blesses us with the best cushioned running shoes on the market.

These shoes are awesome. I just retired my 1226's from two seasons ago and these are similar to the 1226's but much better, lighter, sturdier and more support.

Shoes seem to have gotten slimmer and slimmer. I try shoes on at stores and they are either to small or way too big. Thank you Amazon for having the 2E size available in many different styles. As for these shoes, I am extremely happy that fit perfectly and look extremely well. I have been run around chasing my 6 year old daughter with no problems while getting compliments for how they look.
