These run about 1/2 size larger than stated. I wear a true 8.5 with medium to slightly narrow width. And I am swimming in these without socks, which is how I intend to wear them. Considering that they might stretch as well, they must go back. They were for a trip and now I have to run to a store and try to find something else.

I love these shoes. They are really comfortable. They are just a little loose making it easy to get in and out of, but fit well enough that they don't feel like they are going to fall off. The sole is really well built and slip resistant. Buying them I was concerned about going barefoot in them and sweating (if you have never been to the D.C. area the heat and humidity is inhumane) and getting them all nasty but the ventilation had been great. Highly recommend these!!!
