I be honest, my husband, son and I are a Nike family. Finding cute Nike toddler tennis shoes have become extremely hard!! I don't want to spend a fortune on tennis shoes for a 2 year old who will out grow them in 5-6 months, but I don't buy cheap tennis shoes either because he's a toddler boy and tough on shoes. After a very extensive and tiring search for Nike tennis shoes, I started looking at other brands, New Balance in particular. I came across these are were the best looking. They take a beating everyday on the play ground at my sons day-care and are still in tact. One bad note, the shoe laces are way too small. You can single tie them, but a parent of any toddler, you know they need to be doubleknoted. Our daycare requests it. I guess they don't want to stop teaching all day long tieing shoes, I don't blame them. We didn't find any shoe strings that weren't too long in order to replace the ones that came with the shoes. We ended up taking the strings out of the last eyelid and tieing them that way. Overall, I would recommend.

These sneaker shoes look nice and comfortable. The only downside I see is that in my case for a 2 year old it can become annoying to keep tying the shoelaces all day.
