I did not receive the color shoe that was pictured in my order. But it turned out for the best because I went to a store to try on some shoes to find my size, but was told that the men's shoes do not come in size 39. But I could wear a women's shoe. The sizing is different and I am a 41 in women's sizes. When I saw these on Amazon I wasn't too keen on the color but they were the most masculine of the color options available. But to my surprise the pair I received was were grey and black. I couldn't have asked for anything better. So if you do decide to order a pair online, and you want a specific color I would double check with the seller first.
I noticed improvements to my gait straight away, Absolutely love the shoes and don't really want to take them off, because they are so comfortable!!

Ok, they are light weight, as long as a rock doesn't get between your toes, your fine...when it does happen...OMG it hurts.
But I still loved running in them, I've never got hurt running before, but one day I sprinted in these...and injured my tendon on my
right foot. I don't think I had the impact support, but they were okay for light jogging. So I guess I love them for jogging, I recommend traditional shoes for sprinting.
