These are excellent shoes for running. They fit like a glove and the Climacool means plenty of ventilation. I am fairly new to distance running and previously had a chunky set of Nike Shox which were nice and stable but not nearly as light, breathable, or flexible as these Adidas. These also just have a sturdier, more supportive feel to them. I felt much more in control on uneven terrain. I have put them through their paces over the week I have owned them and have been more than satisfied while sprinting and cutting on grass as well as jogging on both pavement and on the fairly level/easy trails near my home. It remains to be seen how durable they will be over time, but they don't scuff easily and they seem well built.

As far as looks go they're a bit flashy for my taste, but i usually jog on the street during low light times of day. So, a little extra bright green doesn't hurt, and the overall shape and style is pretty good looking. I will say that they seem like they run maybe a half to a quarter size small (which i was aware of having owned similar shoes in the past). So, do take that into consideration.

I would definitely recommend these to runners looking for an overall solidly performing shoe.

These are generally good comfortable shoes. They are vented on the sole so don't plan to wear them in wet weather or at least plan for your socks to get wet if you do.

It is lightweight, and is great for running, the shoe is great for running on pavement and trails, The shoe looks good and fits perfect on the foot. Once again addias has come through again for making a great running shoe. This is why addias has surpassed nike as the industry leader in shoes and apparel.

I have pretty wide feet and Adidas have always made trainers that more suit my foot width and they have stuck with that fitting again with these. No needing to stretch them in to fit, out of the box they fit comfortably without rubbing.

The design keeps the feet cool during workouts but warm if out and about but not pushing it.
