The shoe fits right to size whether you wear socks or not. Narrow feet will feel that the toe box is big. In the expresso color, I actually wear these shoes as business dress at the office. No body noticed except to say "Those are nice, what are they?" These will provide the perfect amount of arch support whether you need alot or just a little. Very nice since most peoples feet are slightly different. Heavier people (>230LB) will feel the shoes is a little flat in the arches. They feel like someone put a silk slipper on your foot and then poured a bath of awesomeness over it. Unlike most of the barefoot line you will need no training or breaking in period for these shoes. I could rave about these shoes for quite a few sentences more, but to shorten a long review, i recommend these shoes to anyone. The amazon returns are easy and free. It doesn't matter because you will not return them. Instead you will probably try to buy them as gifts for every male in the family as birthdays roll around throughout the year like me. ^_^ Enjoy Folks

I'm have been using bare-foot style shoes for a year or so and these are the first casual shoe like this. Not much cushioning, but really soft and comfortable. These should be great for hanging around or light walking.

I was diagnosed as "flat footed" 25 years ago. I went from wearing custom orthotics to barefoot shoes a year ago. What a difference. I had to change my routines to strengthen my lower legs before making the switch. I am done with conventional shoes. I can wear thesse to my business casual office and i love them, they are like wearing slippers. These are my favorite go to minimalist shoes for wearing casual. When I run I like the five fingers. I recomended reading up on it and training for it before switching to minimalist. I am a believer that conventional shoes are at the root of many foot problems. For minimalist shoes these look the most normal. The insole seems a bit much at first and not very minimal. They do soften up with use.

Feels just like i'm walking bare foot. Not really ventilated but feels more like nothing on bottom of your feet but still offers amazing support, amazing!
