Me and my husband are loyal inov-8 customers. I don't run in anything else. We also just stated crossfit a few months ago and these shoes are perfect. They have amazing grip, form to our foot bed, and once they are broken in are more comfortable than my slippers. The toe area is wider in these than the older version and y husband loves that, giving plenty of room for swelling or mobility.

I have only used these in the weight room thus far but they are light, soft, but supportive. I have long and skinny feet so it was surprising that these fit as well as they do. They have garnered compliments in the gym, even.

Personally I like the color scheme of the shoes. It's something different but not too crazy like a neon orange. I usually use the 230s with the 6mm drop but I was looking for something with no drop. I checked these out and when I saw that they also were good for rope climbing (trust me 230s get destroyed with ropes), i knew these were the ones I wanted. Tried them out yesterday and they felt great. Have not rope climbed with them (that will be today), but as far as running they are what you would expect from inov8. If you're looking to get closer to a barefoot feel check them out.

I've owned the 195's and now these. They're a little lighter than the 195's. I can tell the difference in the 3mm difference from toe to heel. Seems like nothing, but I can tell. I like them a lot!

I use this shoe for running. I have just made the transition from the F-lite 195 3mm drop to this zero mm drop version

It fits very similar as the 195, with maybe a little more room in the toe box.

I like the feel of these on the run, you can feel the pavement.

the colour is ok they seem more orange overall than yellow to red.

If you like inov8 you will like these shoes
