I'm at moderate runner who is also flat-footed and overpronates. This shoe comfortably accommodates my corrective orthodic insert (once the original insole is removed). I have found these shoes to be every bit as comfortable as the old Grid Propel Plus, or Next Gen or any others in that line. Great for walking aerobically, running, or just wearing from day-to-day. Glad I found them and will be getting more of them as needed.

I wear a anywhere from a size 9.5 to a 10 (normal width). These shoes are true to size, offer excellent support for running and working out at the gym, and are plain enough to wear with most any pair of jeans or sweatpants. I recently completed a short race with these shoes, and they were comfortable even though new with only one complaint. If you're wearing super low-profile socks, you may find that your heel will dig into the rear support of the shoe uncomfortably. My advice? Wear socks that aren't that low profile. Otherwise these are excellent nylon/synthetic/rubber shoes for everyday workouts and regular exercise so far as this gringo is concerned.
