This is an innovative design that makes this running shoe easy to slip

into for an early morning run or to transition during a triathlon. The hinged

back makes the shoe seem flimsy, but this is not the case. It seems to be

holding up well. I would recommend it to anyone.

The ultra easy slip in from the rear feature of these shoes should be standard on every athletic shoe out there! When you first get them,and you have them on,and tied.......is the first and last time you ever worry about lacing up and tying. From this point on,it's a simple slip on with a pull for securing them.....got three pair of these,as I know things come and go. I might order a fourth,if I can find another size twelve. Best money I ever spent on a running shoe!!!

I bought these shoes for my son, as he had another pair just like them but with the solid back. He said that these were just as good as the solid back style for running (light, comfortable, wider sole) but the strap setup for the back of the shoe is a little hard to get used to and doesn't seem like it will hold up to long them wear.
