I've been wearing Ryka aerobic shoes for many years. Typically I buy black shoes. I loved the look of this black and white shoe. And it's definitely comfortable, especially because I wear gel pads daily in my work out shoes. However, it's not made for fast-moving step and CRT classes. It doesn't feel stable enough. It also doesn't seem to last very long: the shoes felt worn out after approx 5 months.RYKA Women's Transpire Shoe Reviews

Ryka's "Transpire" sneaker has enabled me to continue to work out despite my plantar fascia issues. It has a high but soft arch built into the sneaker which is more comfortable than using my hard orthotics. They are also very light weight and very breathable material. I like that they are not a bulky sneaker as well. I haven't tried any other model sneakers by Ryka but thumbs up on the "Transpire" model! I would love to see more colors of this shoe! I have the black and the blue/green ones.
